I've been visiting this spa for several years now for my manicures and I'm fine with those (once I found someone who does them well - Lindsey). Unfortunately for me, the fact that Lindsey is great is not enough to keep me at this poorly run spa.
I've never been called in to an appointment on time. I wait anywhere from 5 minutes to half an hour after my appointment every time.
I've been getting my shellac manicure done every three weeks for a while now coming up to our trip to Mexico. Then, my last appointment before we leave, I wanted it on Monday but Lindsey doesn't work on Mondays. So, they're not open on Sundays so I asked for an appointment on the Saturday before we leave. Lindsey was booked up. They offered me Anna and I said no. I've had her before and was not happy. They offered Danielle so I took that one.
Saturday before we leave arrives. Danielle doesn't go to work so I have no appointment. I ask what am I supposed to do now? They offer me an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Thanks. I'll be at the airport.
I asked Lindsey if she could do my nails on Monday as a favour and I offered to pay her double her normal fee. Nope! That's what I get for 20% and higher tips every time I go there. Nothing!
I will not darken their door again and I will tell anyone and everyone who asks not to go there. Their staff are not that good and the front desk staff is not polite at all.

I was booked for hair and nails, 9 am appt. I arrived and was told by the owner my appt. was cancelled. The person called in sick for hair and also no one to do nails. I stood at the desk very disappointed as she offered no other option or appology. She answered phone and then proceded to wait on next customer. Ignored me standing there. This was the second time this happened to me at this salon. No phone call or offer to make it up to me for traveling to the salon. Done! Would not recommend this place & will not go back.

Terrible customer service. Booked an appointment through email and thought it was going to be a great day. Spoke the the receptionist; she was very rude and not friendly at all. After speaking with her it made me cancel my appointment.

The service is exceptional. The hair stylist ( Cherie Curtis ) is very good. Great for colour.
The owner is just great. She’s usually at the reception desk. Many services offered.
Manicure and pedicures are top notch.
Location very accessible to town and the highway.
Would definitely recommend !

Amazing staff and atmosphere! Just the relaxation i needed after a few stressful weeks. Hot stone massage is highly recommended!

I went in today to get my first session for the pixel laser resurfacing treatment today and it was fantastic! I walked in really embarassed and awkward because for this treatment you cant be wearing makeup (obviously) and immediately they made me feel right at home! They briefed me on everything that they were going to do and really went step by step on what I can and shouldn't do so I can get the best results. It only took about an hour and then they set me up with what i would need for the healing process. They were just about as excited as I was and can't wait to see how it heals in the next few weeks! Definately reccommend this place!

New to the area, I researched a salon that would cater to my balayage. I booked in with a stylist based on information provided on website. I arrived at my appointment and half way through realized I was not with the stylist I booked with. I was advised she went home sick, which is fine, I would have liked to been informed. A full color was put on my balayage instead of a toner as requested. Long story short, I walked out with black hair and no more balayage. I was charged for a full color. I had to return twice, to eventually get a refund, which I did get. However, I was told that the owner would contact me and see about correcting the error free of charge and discuss what had happened. That was 4 weeks ago and I have not been contacted. I leave this review as I expected a professional establishment to care about new customers and make an effort to rectify situations that occur. I was not impressed and will take my monthly business elsewhere. It will now cost me time and money to get my balayage back. The stylist was not educated in new techniques as is indicated on her biography, I asked for a toner on my ends twice and got a full color instead, huge difference

Do not get the sculpsure treatment done, it does not work. The staff are great and kind but as a single mom spending that kind of money with no results was very disheartening. The specialist said she seen results but the two pictures I felt looked the same.

This is the worst place to go If you have any kind of schedule.they can’t even keep a f****** appointment straight and keep bumping you around because they screw up By double booking. Then when your annoyed because THEY bump your appointment They are rude with you which doesn’t give me a whole lot of faith in the service that you would get if you went to an appointment.This is not the first time this has happened when we’ve made an appointment and the Worst customer service experience ever! Will never go here again

Made an appointment on short notice here today with my Goddaughter to have pedicures. The girls were friendly, professional and our feet were left feeling and looking great. Will definitely return!
