Everything about Confundrum is amazing. From the warm welcome and conversation when we arrived, to the engagement and friendliness of our game master! We had such a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back and try out the other rooms. Would definitely recommend for everyone.

Absolutely wonderful escape room! We went to the scary one and it was great! I loved how there were several rooms and some very clever puzzles.

My friends and I recently did The New Haven Orphanage experience and had a great time! It was spooky and challenging but so much fun. Everything from the booking process to the actual escape room experience was awesome. Would highly recommend.

So much fun. Cyberspace is a great room and keeps everyone busy with so many things to do. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed. We booked the pirate room and turns out 1/3 of the rooms were not in use due to mechanical breakdown. This was not told to us when checking in or booking the appointment. We found out while playing the game. We were charged full price for the room, but only experienced 66% of the adventure. We were told “oh well, maybe it will be working next time, sorry” very dissatisfied with the answer and no compensation was given or offered. We were there for our son’s birthday,

My team of 4 took a shot at Cypherspace (escape rate of 20%) and had an absolute blast! No spoilers, but the puzzles were definitely challenging and required a fair amount of creative thinking. We got out with ~7 minutes left on the clock + no hints, and loved every second of it!
The host (shoutout to Maggie) was super nice. Onboarding was clear and interactive, which we really appreciated. I wish I could enter this escape room for the first time again - I can't wait to come back for different challenge. Thanks again for the amazing experience!

The staff were incredible to be around, the games in the waiting room were pleasures to play and quite unique, and the room itself was very well made. We completed the space The puzzles were difficult but still very reasonable. We completed the space themed one with 4 people and got out with 6 minutes and no hints. Definitely do recommend. Shout out to Maggie for being an incredible game master as well!

I did the pirate escape room with a friend - it was very challenging and fun. The facility is nice - there is a waiting area out front with table games and also games and snacks for purchase. The staff was great! They provided helpful clues when asked. We didn't make it out despite the clues, but we had a lot of fun. I would definitely go back.

We did one of the scary escape rooms, it wasn't to scary but had a creepy vibe to it. The puzzles were a good difficulty level and were alot of fun to do. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very inviting and the environment in the room was really set to the theme vibe. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend going here. Definitely coming back to try the scarier room!

What is z minimum age to play?

Hello, the minimum age to play varies by room and group. If you have a family of parents and kids playing together, then any age group can go in the room. If it’s a group of kids then we normally say 13+. Of note, Twisted Woods is 15+ and New Haven is 18+. Hope this helps! :)

Hello, would 6 people be too many for your rooms? Or do you recommend one over another for a group that size? Also, I am giving 3 sets of 2 tickets as birthday presents (all in Dec. and Jan.), but would like to make this a family affair, do I have to choose a date when purchasing the tickets, or can we choose a date at a later time?

Hi Shelly, 6 people can fit in all our rooms except one (Da Vinci's Office). You can purchase an e-gift certificate which would be emailed to you or email us to create a paper certificate for you. You don't have to choose a date or room when you purchase it, you can simply purchase a dollar amount. Hope this helps!
