The Follicle is the premier spa in Burlington. It is extremely professional , clean , staff very knowledgeable , well trained and pleasant. I have had services done here for over twenty years. I always feel comfortable , safe and clean .

Nice staff but unfortunately over priced. I had chin and eyebrow waxing and eyebrow tinting done. $60 (ridiculous, it takes 20 minutes to do).

I only got a pedicure, but the staff were very professional and great at providing the service. I would go back again - sign up for their last minute openings!

A girlfriend planned part of my 40th birthday experience at the Follicle. There were nine friends that joined me there getting a variety of treatments. The staff were so friendly and professional, and we amazingly stayed on time with all of our appointments. It was a relaxing and fun experience - exactly what I would have hoped for. I would return again without any reservations and would recommend it to all of my friends. You won't be disappointed!

First time at the spa, arrived early, the girl was behind a few minutes - totally fine. When booking appmt for manicure I wasn't sure if I wanted shellac or a regular manicure, told them that I'll pay the extra to get shellac and reception said "well I don't know if she'll have time as it takes longer" . Had this done plenty of times, dries faster and is the same time. The girl did it in less than 30 mins (fastest mani ever)& rushed through it, uneven nails, nail polish on my fingers and cuticles weren't done properly. Left very disappointed. Never coming back. It's quite sad for a "upper scale" place to give that type of service.

Your first service with us is your first impression and I hope that even though stating you will never be back, you will consider giving us another chance. Client care is our first priority.

Very nice staff and a great variety of treatments. They aim to please you from head to toe. Slightly pricey but worth it.

Amazing... I've been going to the Follicle for years and I am so impressed from the moment I walk in, the friendly and professional customer service to the wonderful relaxing facial treatments. I know I'm in great hands with the care of my skin with Lory, who always takes the time to make sure I'm getting exactly what I need, to the relaxing pampering that she provides. I've had the honor of getting pedicures thru out the years, and recently expert make up advice from Lory who always makes me feel that I'm her top priority when I'm with her - The Follicle staff and Lory are wonderful... thank you.
