Not really. There are two parking lots within a short walk of the falls so I suppose you could do it tail-gate style in either if you were inclined. I believe there is a picnic table or two near the parking lot at the end of Mud Street, and there is some grass there, but there are no bbq pits, running water, bathrooms or permanent shelters anywhere, and you can't actually see the waterfall(s) from either location.

The Upper Kenilworth (#21) bus goes right by Albion falls and it would only be a very short and easy walk if there was a bus stop at the Arbour road parking lot. There isn't. The closest bus stop is at Mud and Pritchard which is 450m away, and at the bottom of a small but not insignificant hill. The views are pretty limited from the top regardless and you're right by the road. The #11 and #43 buses go fairy close to Felker's falls. It would be a longer walk but much of it is paved and the rest is flat and fairly easy. It's 400m from the closest bus stop to the parking lot, and I'm pretty sure it's well under 1km total. The views here are much better than at Albion Falls and there are a couple benches. Tiffany Falls in the west end is right off of Wilson Street East (near Ancaster) and serviced by the #5A (and sometimes 5C) but the closest stop is at 1039 Wislon St. which Google says is an 800m walk. The road is busy and the path after that is rustic and uneven.Tiffany falls is the most impressive of the three though. I'm not aware of any other waterfalls that are close to bus routs. Given the options, I would probably go with Felker's Falls if you can handle the walk.

For me from the top or side. However, i have some mobility issues and recommend you take photos that you feel are of interesting framing and at the same time are not risking your safety.

At the falls it's pretty hard for a picnic unless you don't mind eating on the rocks. You can simply bring a cloth for the floor but there are no garbage bins at the falls. To keep the falls clean and keep the animals away, I suggest up the road. There are nicer grassy areas with benches, tables, and garbage bins.

Hi, Not that I have been to, no. I've only been to Albion Falls, the Devil's Punchbowl and Felker's Falls and they're all not suitable to take a dip in.

It is directly across the street. From the highway and then the main street as you turn right on to the street on which Albion Falls is the parking (and picnic area) is on your left and the falls are on your right.

You can get to the base from the lower trails but from the top is fenced off and they have started fining people for passing.
