Went to Carmen's for The Love of Butter Tarts festival!! The center was clean, parking was good! The festival itself was cramped. The table should have been spaced a little more apart!! Other than that was a good time!

HCC hosted our client/partner holiday party. The staff and venue went above and beyond our expectations. The food was top notch as well as the presentation. The Webster room was perfect for our clients and business partners. Highly recommend!!

This location is very good for a convention or large function. The facilities are very nice. The food is really poor. Frozen food and cold food. Not enough food and staff are not very nice. Got the feeling of nickel and dime on the food. The buns we not even fresh. Guests told to share food among tables. Sorry I can not say my experience with food and Carmen's has been good.

Our company constantly strives to set a high standard of customer service and satisfaction and it is disappointing to all our us when we learn we have fallen short of our target.

5 day conference at HCC the second week of January 2016. Lovely facilities, great audio/visual, comfortable chairs. AMAZING food for breakfasts and lunches. Abundance of water, drinks, coffee. A special kudos to the A/V guys do prepared the music for our conference- made it awesome.

Quite a nice venue, especially considering the surrounding area. The grounds could be a bit better but the interior is nice.

The 2015 Juno Awards Gala was held at the Hamilton Convention Centre by Carmen's. I attended along with close to 1200 industry fans and media. The service, staff, facilities and most of all the food was amazing. Whoever did the decorations should also be credited for an amazing job. I would recommend any event that is looking at Hamilton, whether it be a meeting, party, wedding, major convention with meeting room requirements to use this facilities. My understanding is the centre has gone through a operations change and it definitely is first class.

We saw this advertised in the Totally British Magazine. We traveled for 3 hours and stayed 2 nights. The admission price of $10 should have been the tip off. It wasn't worth the trip. Not a big audience at any of the shows. Repeated entertainment that wasn't great. Lots of vendors but most not attentive. Overall not impressed and would not go again.

I have been here many times, for my daughter recitals and dance competitions. We have been as well to see the Nut Cracker, in which my daughter was in as well. I have also been here for a wine and cheese show. A great place to go for entertainment!

Our industry held its annual conference here. It was OK. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly. Lots of parking and hotel very close.

I was there for a 6-hour seminar and the room was unbelievably cold. There were people in my class that had taken an additional class the day before and from what they said, the room temperature did not improve from the day before. Why didn't the Convention Centre provide a different room for the second day? Half-way through the day, someone brought in 2 portable heaters, which was, if you ask me, too little too late. (The lady at the reception desk was very friendly).

Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review. I apologize for your experience, we were experiencing severe swings in temperatures and s a company, having a difficult time managing the heating and cooling of our building.
Since your visit, we have overcome this challenge and I am proud to say, customers visiting our facility are fully satisfied and comfortable within our establishment.
