Really enjoyed our visit to this antique shop and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great time looking through the old records and there was some lovely furniture and smaller items. Plenty of room to look around inside.
Located on the main shopping area in Hamilton and down a flight of stairs. Parking close by. Well worth a visit.

Antique Avenue is a worthwhile stop for antique lovers. Here are things to note...
1. The staff/ owners stay behind the counter for the most part, yet are glad to answer questions.
2. The location is down a flight of stairs and not on a main level.
3. Lots of mid-century modern antique furniture, as well as records, art, glassware, and much more. Somehow this place hits the sweet spot between kitsch and extravagant. Nice quality items you can likely afford!!
4. Prices here range from reasonable to moderately high, though nothing is terribly outrageous.
5. Located on Ottawa Street this shop is in a redeveloping zone that has other antique shops (approximately 6-10) that make a stop of a couple of hours worthwhile.
