I have used this company for many years but they are no longer reliable.

Twice now we had a great trip to the airport but no service when we arrived home.

In September, we arrived in at 9:30 pm and only two of the three cars booked arrived.

Our son family with a 4 and 6 year old children was left standing at the airport for 30 minutes being told a car will be coming. They finally got an Uber to bring them home.

In May, we arrived home at 1:30 am and neither car of the two cars booked arrived.
When I called, the company told me to go to the taxi stand as they were very busy.

Both these trips were pre-booked weeks ahead.

I will not use this service again.

We were so happy with this limo service. We had a very early morning flight and the driver was early/on time, wide awake, and alert when driving. The car was clean, warm and in order and the driver was very pleasant. The perfect chocie for us. Will use this company again.

I'm a frequent traveler and used this company's service every time to get to Pearson. They used to be fantastic - never had any issues. Until last weekend, when they not only failed to show up, but when I called, insisted the online booking was made for the PM and not AM (this despite the actual reservation confirmation email from them showing they were clearly mistaken).

They are incompetent. Use Uber. Much cheaper.

My review is actually less than one star!! This company advertises a flat rate, yet the taxi driver who came to take my husband and I to the airport kept saying that we should give him $6.00 more than what we were quoted. Worst than that, though, is that the taxi driver stole one of our carry-on bags! My husband put three bags in the taxi trunk and closed it, came into the house for a few minutes to get me, and when we got to the airport there were only two bags in the trunk, and the taxi driver denied seeing it or taking it. To give him the benefit of the doubt, we had him drive us back home to see if we left it there, but it was nowhere to be found. We called his employer, who must have confronted him, as later on that day someone from the airport Lost and Found called us saying that security found our carry-on bag. Instead of the taxi driver bringing it back to our home, he took it to the airport and left it outside of the terminal so that airport security would find it. Aeroport Taxi & Limousine wouldn't compensate us at all, not even giving us back the money we paid to the taxi driver. The police won't do anything because we have no proof that he took it, even though there was only my husband and I and the taxi driver involved, so who would you say took the carry-on bag? The contents of the bag were to no one's benefit but us, as, among other necessary items, it had bags of liquids and gels and pills, including prescription medication and prescription contact lenses and eyeglasses, which we couldn't leave without on our trip. As a result, we had to miss our flight and pay over $1,000.00 for a new flight, as we were booked on a cruise ship four days later, which we couldn't miss as it was non-refundable. My husband and I will never take a taxi again, especially from Aeroport Taxi & Limousine Service. Recommendation: Take Uber instead!

Aeroport Taxi and Limousine is trying to say that my husband and I forgot to put our carry-on bag in the taxi and, as a result, missed our flight, and that now we are trying to blame their company for this. However, I wish to reiterate that my husband and I would have certainly returned to the airport to catch our flight that morning if we had found our carry-on bag at home, as there was enough time to do so, and we have proof that a security officer at the airport found our carry-on bag at the airport later that same day, took it to the Lost and Found, and that we picked up the bag at the airport the next day. Obviously we didn't have the carry-on bag at home if it was found at the airport, and we didn't leave it at the airport as it wasn't in the trunk of the taxi when we got there. How did our carry-on bag get to the airport if the taxi driver hadn't taken it back there? He's the only one that would have had it. We have no idea where the taxi driver hid our carry-on bag at the time my husband came into the house to get me. All we know is that it was no longer in the trunk of the taxi when we got to the airport. It is our belief that the taxi driver returned our carry-on bag to the airport, because he got scared when he was confronted by his employer after we informed the company, as well as the police, about the theft. Because of this event we lost four extra days of our vacation, in addition to having to pay for another flight. My husband and I are honest people and are telling the truth in this post in order to warn other people about this company, despite what the company may say about this event. We leave it up to the discretion of the reader as to who to believe. Lesson learned: Do not leave personal belongings unattended when taking a taxi!

Showed up after a 4 hour flight to find Aeroport Taxi has no car for us after being PRE- ARRANGED a month earlier ! No email , no call NO CAR ...said the weather was too bad ...my best bet would be to go to area D & find my own ride ! They should change their ad ....reliable they are not ....would NEVER use them again !!!

I took a taxi at Pearson airport. I told the driver it was a short drive to the congress center, which is about 7 mins drive (3.4km). He didnt put the meter and when we arrived he told me it was $30 charge, i argued with him and told him i took that route many times and it wasnt even $15, he said that was the min charge. Horrible, what a thief, very bad experience. I believe the driver # is 346 or 326

Just wanted to share our experiences with airport taxi.
We have used this service multiple times, and have recommended them to many friends but the last two trips were not good at all, in fact quite scary.
The first trip to the airport started off with our driver going over train tracks at 60km at 330am, when a sign clearly posted 10km, this jolted us out of our seats and had us drop our phones, he said it was slippery.
After that the entire trip we could hear a rattling from under the car, which was quite noisy and very concerning.
Once we finally arrived at the airport, the driver turned the car off, but could not start it again and said to us that we were lucky to make it.
Our second trip, from the airport to home, was like a white knuckle ride, the driver was swerving in and out of traffic and tailing people not even half a car length at speeds of 140km, we felt very nervous and uncomfortable the whole drive, he also drove past our exit, by a few kms and said he wasn’t sure when to get off? What airport or taxi/Uber doesn’t have gps in their vehicles.

We have reached out to them several times, with them finally responding and taking no fault, even though through their investigation, one driver was suspended and was told “maybe he was having a bad day” (thank god our pilot didn’t have a bad day)
We were offered a $10 dollar refund.

I “prearranged” a ride from Pearson Airport to my home on January 25th. When I arrived at Pearson and called to let them know that I arrived and was ready to be picked up, I was told that because of the weather, they couldn’t honour my prearranged pick up, and that I would have to wait in the taxi line outside - which I did for over an hour. If I prearranged a pick up, why wouldn’t they honour it?
Then, to add insult to injury, I was finally picked up by an Aeroport Limo driver who charged me $15.00 more than what my prearranged price was. I will never use Aeroport Limo service again, and if anyone is reading this review, you shouldn’t either. This is a terrible company. The rating of one star is more than they deserve.

The very first thing that this service should improve is its reliability as to stated pick up times. Their representations about times of pick up in front of the terminals are totally false.

I got out from YYZ at 2:00AM.

First driver (indian) quoted me $52+ $4 surcharge. I declined and went to second taxi in line.
First driver run from his car and talked something in his language with the second driver (also indian) ; second driver said the fee is "whatever the other guy told you"
I went to the third car ; I was faster now, and I got a $40 +$4 surcharge.
Second driver came to talk something with third driver (also indian), they had a heated discussion but the price was firm: $40 +$4 gas surcharge.

How things work?
In an era of full technology , with tablet, GPS, cellulars, the driver will look on a piece of paper, in the dark and will tell you a number.
The "receipt" is on a back of a business card , with no traceability in any financial department.

Why not having a terminal where the driver will input the address and you will get the price clearly displayed, by corresponding zone?
Why not a real receipt, traceable up to CRA level????

What is $4 gasoline surcharge??? I pay a taxi for exactly using the "gasoline"

Overall , the whole thing looks like a big scam.
