Not sure how places like this exist and don't get shut down! They advertise foot reflexology for $30, yet when you arrive, they speak only in French and Chinese (as I speak English to them) and then charge me double for both feet. Of course I want both feet massaged - but if you advertise both feet for $30 that's the price. I didn't pay requested price, didn't feel relaxed, and didn't tip. Not returning - advise others not to either!

Do not go to this spa! The spa moved to Chinatown and denied to redeem my gift certificate that I paid $65 dollars for. They claimed they were 2 different companies, but they still share the same name and web. Can you believe it? If the new owner bought over the business, should not they bring over everything as well?

Comme tout le monde, j'avais acheté un coupon Groupon et à l'époque, j'ai subi l'arnaque du 24$ de pourboire..... le seul point positif de cette visite avait été le massage de tête fait par Peter, un masseur hors-pair.
En juin, quand j'ai voulu prendre un nouveau rv avec lui, on m'a dit qu'il était en vacances en Chine et serait de retour en août. Je viens de téléphoner pour apprendre que le numéro n'est plus en service!!!! (et j'ai appris par le Centre Orehab sur le boul St-Laurent que Peter est retourné définitivement en Chine!!!)
Bref, cette fermeture était prévisible vu le nombre de clients insatisfaits.... maintenant, je dois retrouver un nouveau "Peter" pour ma tête!!!

Purchased a gift certificate at this spa for my husband for Father's Day on June 11. He called all week to make an appointment, no answer or voicemail. Today he found out why: they packed up and left on Sunday. Mall staff were pissed. And now the credit card dispute fun and games start.

We bought groupons for the spa orehab in angrignon mall.
What we spent on it was not worth it for sure. They make you pay tip and tax before and there is a reason for it because there would be very little tipping after.
Worse massage ever. We sat with our feet in water in the entrance and then had ionic foot detox! None of the girls really new how it worked so they just kept looking at the machine and chart and told us whatever we could have read ourselves. Regular price for this is $160 wow not worth that or even close to it. We paid way less for the groupon but even it was too much
Don't waste your time or money on this place there are far better massages out there to enjoy

J'ai tenu compte de tous vos commentaires. J'avais un coupon pour LaSalle. Voici mon expérience. Réponse immédiate pour prendre RV. Disponibilité le samedi même à l'heure de mon choix. La réceptionniste m'informe du fameux 24$ de pourboire au téléphone et aussi sur place. Bien que totalement en désaccord, j'ai décidé de ne pas m'obstiner afin de relaxer.
A noter que le forfait d'une valeur de 160$ sur le coupon est affiché à 110$ au Spa et la réceptionniste me l'a offert à 65$ pour mes visites subséquentes. Curieusement, 39$ le coupon + 6$ de taxes + 24$ de pourboire = 65$ ...
NÉGATIF: 1) Le 24$ de pourboire obligatoire payable à l'avance doit être mentionné comme tel sur le coupon pour que nous puissions faire un achat éclairé. Dommage, la pratique actuelle leur apporte une mauvaise publicité alors que le but des coupons est d'offrir des services presque gratuits en échange de publicité. 2) Avec mon assurance-groupe, cela m'aurait coûté vraiment moins cher d'aller au Spa directement au prix régulier que d'acheter un coupon. 3) les pantoufles propres et utilisées ne sont pas séparées (apportez vos pantoufles) 4) écouteurs prêtés sans plastique hygiénique (apportez vos écouteurs)
NEUTRE: 1) Rien de luxueux (mais à 65$ pour 70 minutes de réflexologie / massage et 30 minutes de relaxation les pieds dans l'eau chaude, avec un reçu pour assurance de 65$, j'y retournerai certainement !) 2) Bien que la table de massage soit portative j'étais confortable 3) Bien que c'était des serviettes au lieu des draps, j'étais confortable. 4) massothérapeute anglophone mais la réceptionniste servait de traductrice. 5) je n'ai pas examiné la douche mais elle me semblait OK
POSITIF: 1) Réflexologie et massage très professionnel 2) Dans un centre d'achat donc stationnement facile et gratuit 3) réceptionniste très gentille 4) tout le personnel avait un T-Shirt du Spa (ils ont dû s'améliorer suite à vos commentaires)
CONCLUSION: 1) L'honnêteté et la transparence face aux frais éviterait bien des ennuis au Spa et bien des désagréments aux clients. 2) Hormis nos frustrations face au pourboire, j'ai obtenu un excellent service. Suite à vos commentaires, j'y suis allée sans m'attendre à aucune luxure. Voilà peut-être pourquoi j'ai pu en tirer une satisfaction.

WORST PLACE EVER !!! Did not even have a blanket for massage...but a simple towel barely big enough to cover my body. No robes, so I had to switch rooms with this little towel around my chest. Made me pay 12% BEFORE services were rendered. Does not even deserve a single star ! Don't waste your time and money at this place, what a scam !

J'avais acheté le forfait bichonnage 100 minutes sur Teambuy au prix de 39$. Premièrement, à chaque fois que j'essayais d'appeler pour prendre mon rdv on me demandais de rappeler plus tard parce qu'ils étaient avec un client??? J'ai finalement eu mon rdv. Elle me mentionne au téléphone que les taxes et le pourboire ne sont pas inclus...normal! À l'arrivée à mon rdv, la réceptionniste cherche longuement dans un cartable pour finalement trouver une feuille indiquant les frais EXIGÉS... 6$ de taxes (sur 39$) ce qui est normal; mais aussi 24$ de pourboire (ils calculent 12% de la valeur original des soins (160$)) et encore là, leur calcul n'est pas bon. Je refuse poliment de payer un pourboire qui est non seulement imposé mais aussi de le payer AVANT même d'avoir reçu les soins. Elle me répond que c'est comme ça qu'ils fonctionnent et que j'ai donc le choix d'accepter ou de me faire rembourser par Teambuy. Pendant 20 minutes j'ai tenté par tous les moyens de lui faire comprendre que c'était illégal, qu'on ne pouvait imposer un pourboire, encore moins le montant et surtout pas avant! Il n'y avait rien à faire. Je lui ai aussi demander de parler à son supérieur à plusieurs reprises et elle disait que c'était elle qui était présente aujourd'hui, que je pouvait communiquer avec le supérieur par e-mail???? Et elle prend même la peine de me dire que lorsqu'on a pas de coupon, le pourboire n'est pas imposé!!! C'est donc une arnaque totale! N'y allez jamais et faites circulez car le but était de me détendre et je suis plutôt reparti très tendu!

I really regret that I didn't check tripadvisor before going to this horrible place! All things written about that place like the tips, hygiene deficiencies (the same dirty slippers for everybody) and nonprofessional staff are true but, SOMEONE STOLE MY BOYFRIEND'S BOOTS THERE!!!!
They told us to leave them close to the "reception" area but when we finished our massage they were not there! There was another couple of boots, similar to my BF's one, but one size smaller! We called the manager to claim the boots but he told us that we are the last customers that evening and maybe someone just exchange the boots by miskate. For sure that can happen but my BF boots were in the value about 200 dollars and he really wanted them back. The manager - Nathan - if it's his real name, proposed to give us 20 dollars (!!!!!!) and he told us that the client who exchanged the boots is their good customer and for sure he will come back. He said that they don't have his phone nr. but that he is coming every week, so for sure it will be easy to fix. We didn't take this rediculous money from him and my BF had to go home in someones one size smaller boots! I feel so stupid that we didn't call police!
Next day we went back, this manager told us that he doesn't have any news, but he proposed us 100 dollars as a compensation. But the boots were about 200 dollars! He was asking us for the bill to prove that we really ever had them! He was very nasty. He almost told us that we are lying. He was repeating that's the boots were not completely new that's why he can't pay us the full price. He was driving me crazy when he was comparing the boots with the car. He said that car is loosing the value and the boots are the same. He must be someone totally not educated or someone who is trying to treat us as dupes. I guess it was the second variant. He couldn't understand that to buy the same boots we need the FULL AMOUNT because we can't buy them second hand as a car.
Finally we accepted his offer, because if not we will be withnout boots and without money. So now we have to pay another 100 dollars from our pocket. We went for massage and we lost the boots!!!!
I'm disgusted with this place!!! I will complain to Goupon.
