i am visiting this place from my childhood as it is situated in my hometown..It is very peaceful and serene..It has a river flowing through it...The river flows really really fastt..There is a Mandir inside..Really spiritual..It is free to enter this place.

Holi place for peace of mind

Gagangiri Ashram situated in lap of green mountains established by famous Sant Sri Gagan Giri Maharaj. This Ashram is in Khopoli, can be reached by road and rail (Mumbai local - central line) both. The atmosphere of this ashram very peace full. This ashram is a spiritual as well as picnic spot, can we visited with family, alone or couple. Every weekend lots of people coming here to observe the mantle peace here.

Gagangiri maharaj ashram is a beautiful well maintained ashram situated 10mins from khopoli station. It has a peaceful calm serene environment.. Need to keep check on ashram timings.. As it is closed in the afternoon and opens by 4 in the evening again. During monsoon, we can view a beautiful waterfall from inside the ashram premises. We can click pictures but can't play under the waterfall as entry is restricted. But a gushing river flows through the ashram.... One can sit there and watch it

This place is close to Lonavala and the Ashram is set up in one of the most picturesque locations that I have ever been. the Management of the place is done well and pilgrims are directed with proper signages. Cleanliness is impeccable.

Quite, Peaceful with only the sound of gushing water filling this place, you may decide to sit in a corner and meditate or just close eyes and remember good things.

This place has lots of positive vibes.

Think , decide and plan a visit here for peace.

feel very peaceful after visiting there. Visitied during monsoon. very well maintained gardens. ashram is very clean. .There is one river i think it is called as patal ganga river too.Its so peaceful place.
