Bernard will give you all the details you need to understand his wine-making process and with more passion and history than you can imagine! His Minervois red is a wonderful red for many dishes and the Chardonnay is great for a summer picnic!

Heerlijke wandeling rond het meer (5 km), even weg van de drukte van Carcassonne. Je kan er ook waterfietsen, zwemmen, beachvolley en een leuk hindernisparcours voor elk wat wils ook bij minder goed weer.

Domaine de Massiac is another of our local wineries and provides yet more wonderful tasting and buying options. I like all of their wines but their Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc are particular favorites. Proprietor and winemaker, Bernard Boudouresques is totally passionate about his work and wines and very happy to share. I look forward each year to tasting the new vintages still in barrel as well as stocking up the wine cellar. The winery is also very old and picturesque, located in our beautiful Azille-region countryside and Bernard operates a B&B as well.
