Kimi and Horng are the best hosts and trekking guides in Banlung! They have a great location on a hillside with an amazing view of the town. The food they provide is tasty and hearty. Kimi gave us an amazing guide through the jungle. It had beautiful scenery from rivers to dense green jungles. Truly an amazing experience that we highly recommend.

Really great experience with the super cute family of Kimi and Horng.
We did 3 days 2 nights trekking, one night in the jungle by a waterfall, one night in a village.
Kimi is an amazing tour guide, he knows everything about the nature, what tree to eat, what leaves, how to survive in the jungle, plus he is english speaker and really fun !!
The third day we hung out at the school of the village, then Kimi and Horng welcomed us with open arms at their homestay (Tree Lodge Banlung) with a great view and organized a nice cooking class for us.
So don’t hesitate, ask for Kimi and Horng when getting to Banlung, you will not be disappointed ;) Thank you again for everything.

Travelled with friends. We did two, one day, tours. Was fantastic!! Great knowledge and English ability. Great lunch at the waterfall during our day long trek. Great price and such a lovely experience!! Highly recommend!

Das Erlebnis begann bereits am Vorabend, als Horng und Kimi uns zum Abendessen zu sich nach Hause einluden - mit anschließendem Besuch des örtlichen Festes, gemeinsam mit Familie und Freunden. Dieser Abend war an sich schon ein Erlebnis. Wir haben selten nettere Gastgeber erlebt. Am nächsten Tag ging es dann mit Kimi und Joe - dem lokalen Ranger - auf die Dreitagestour. Es war einfach klasse, wie sie uns „ihren“ Dschungel vermittelt haben. Wir haben Blätter, Früchte, Wurzeln, Nüsse, Blüten probiert und nach Abstimmung auch rote Ameisen und frisch gefangene Kleintiere und Fische. Sie haben alles während der Tour aus der Natur geholt, sogar das Kochgeschirr. Ein Wahnsinnswissen über Natur, Essbares und Heilpflanzen! Kimi spricht sehr gut englisch und kann alles top erklären. Wir können diese SEHR sympathische und authentische Agentur unbedingt empfehlen und hoffen, dass sie sich auch in Zukunft gegen die „Mainstream-Anbieter“ wird durchsetzen können. Super trek ! Très bien organisé, nous étions avec deux guides, Ren et Tet. Ren nous a montré beaucoup de plantes médicinales et d'arbres fruitiers durant la randonnée. La première journée nous avons marché jusqu'à une cascade où nous avons dormi. Le lendemain, nous avons fait chemin retour, en nous arrêtant par un village. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir surtout de Ren qui a été super ! Si vous souhaitez faire un trek, foncez chez highland tour 😀

Me and a friend did a three day, two night forest trek with Kimi and Cho as our guides. We stayed in tree lodge the night before which was a lovely stay - with a delicious dinner with the family in the evening and a good breakfast to set us up before the trip! The trek was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Kimi and Cho were really kind and considerate, making sure we had everything we needed, including delicious vegetarian food cooked from scratch and taking breaks when we needed.
Kimi spoke excellent English and was really knowledgeable about the forest telling us about the trees and animals living there. Him and Cho even collected some bamboo shoots and other plants for us to try as well as sharing their rice wine with us! It was an amazing experience. Very well organised and safely run, a real adventure!
Horng was excellent as well giving us lots of information before the trip via email and welcoming us to tree lodge.
Thank you all so much for the unforgettable trip!

This is probably one of the most authentic and exciting things to do in Cambodia. Kimi was our trek guide and was really fluent in english. He was very attentive, smart and friendly!
Joe, a native of the zone also joined us in this experience. He doesn’t speak english but he was always helping and us with a mig smile in his face!
We did the 3 day trek where we visited a waterfall and slept beside it in the hammocks that they provided. Kimi asked us if we wanted a short or long trek the next day, even though we decided to do the long one, it seems that you can go by shortcuts. After the long walk we arrived in Kaoh Piek, a small village of around maybe 50 families where we madae ourselves comfortables for one more night. The next day we visited a few places of the village such as the cemetery, primary school and the rice fields where we helped the locals planting the rice.
It was an incredible experience and we for sure would repeat and even try the 7 day trek. We always felt safe and it was a really big plus.
Kimi and Joe were formidable and I believe we will remember this experience forever!
Just a reminder, they also own a very beautiful accomodation of various bungalows with all the basics called the Tree Lodge in Banlung. We spend the first night before the trek there and we really felt really good with Horng hosting us!

I did a solo trekking of 2 days with highland tour. The guide was speaking English very well. He explained about the jungle, the trees and the flowers. His tempo was good and he was taking care after me when it was slippery. We slept at a waterfall. Beautiful scenery and he took good care of the environment by keeping it clean. I can definitely recommend this company

Superbe expérience en jungle, je n'ai passé que deux jours et une nuit mais j'ai énormément appris avec les guides qui sont passionnés et partagent leur savoir. Très enrichissant, entourés de personnes très sympathiques, j'en garde un très bon souvenir.
