There is a massive vacancy, one tries to hide this, but is unmistakable. In this respect, the selection is quite manageable. Apparently, there is a new concept of revitalization with a kind of indoor adventure playground, which in my opinion is especially attractive to children and families who are looking for employment for their children, while one can eat fast food and dedicate oneself to the mobile phone "in peace"....
Not my world. The selection of few shops and services is adapted to the audience. I will never shop here again, and presumably we see the signs of the Dead Malls here as in the USA.

The loop is great for kids. However, the toilet in the dining area is a horror experience for children .. I saw by chance how two guys wash their hands ,and pressed on the empty paper dispenser and splashed their hands on it as they thought the sensor does not work ...when a highly aggressive woman started yelling and banging the walls with the brooms ..the children cried and were afraid I was however so shocked myself that I did not rule at the first moment . The toilets woman insulted the children as, "Ass , the mother thank God got that and came in at that moment and immediately took the children to protection ... The man was also highly aggressive I told the mother what the situation was like in the toilet and that the boys did nothing wrong. I was really very sorry ,but this is more than borderline and should be well covered to employ such unstable staff .

I witnessed a scene yesterday that I think is absolute no go. And certainly no advertising for this center is. Two little boys aged 9/10 were yelled at and insulted by the toilets woman so much. This woman used fecal language in front of these two scared guys who were just in the bathroom. As a rescuer, the mother came out of the ladies toilet. Such a person is completely out of place in a service

Went there with the family to spend a day shopping, less attractive shops, most were closed, almost spooky with little foot traffic. The 80 km one way trip was not worth it. We were disappointed and won't go back.

Lots of empty spaces. Not a particularly large selection of clothing stores. Shoe shops, apart from Deichmann, only sports shops. Some of the shops were closed at lunchtime or even completely due to illness. It's a shame, I had hoped for more! My 50 km journey was not worth it.

It's really terrible what Loop5 has become. There's no money to be made with huge playgrounds. We don't go there anymore. The shouting is unbearable. There are hardly any shops left where you can shop in peace, let alone eat. It used to be such a great shopping center.

We always liked going to this shopping center, but it's now really bad. You can't talk about relaxed shopping here anymore. A big children's playground with lots of shouting, it's impossible to have a conversation. Pure stress from all the shouting.
I won't come here again. Many shops are closed.
