We were greeted by John who was brilliant, kind and very thorough. Using the ebikes made it all so easy and reminded us how much we miss cycling. Very muddy due to time of year, beautiful scenery, plenty of facilities on route and a great few hours out. Thanks John you are an asset a pleasure meeting you.

We found the service here excellent. Firstly Adam helped us with the booking process as we needed 4 E-bikes. As only 3 were available he kindly organised to have another brought over from their other shop on the other side of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed the ride including the peninsula, little icy and boggy in places but we got round without incident. On arrival we were greeted by Jon who invited into the shop, made us coffee and biscuits and even gave us black bags to protect our car from muddy feet. He was very knowledgeable about the bikes which was good as our friends are considering purchasing e-bikes. Highly recommend and will definite be back.

We hired a couple of e mountain bikes and it was excellent. Great help from chaps inside the store and also brilliant help and assistance from chap outside handing the bikes over and answering any questions. He showed us how to use the controls and then off we went . We definitely head back over again

Having not ridden an EBike ( Mountain Bike with suspension ) before I was impressed how the staff went about showing me what to do. A helpful and knowledgeable approach, clear communication and great patience plus a demonstratio in the car park gave me great confidence.

Fantastic service from the team at Giant. Had trouble with one of the bikes that the young fella was riding half way around, and within minutes of calling they had a replacement out to us .

The hiring of the bike online was simple and when I went to the store to collect the bike they were all very helpful, chatty and friendly
The bike performed perfectly on my ride with no complaints

Fantastic service from the entire team. Wanted to postpone due to poor weather which they allowed with no fuss. Changed the bike I had booked to a better sized one. Friendly, professional and welcoming. Would highly recommend.
The ride was great too. Mostly flat with the odd hill. Had electric bikes which made the whole experience much more enjoyable
