Had an amazing few hours at one of there owl experience sessions. The Owls were extraordinary and the staff obviously passionate about there work. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing birthday gift experience for my partner who loves birds and birds of prey. The day was thought out so well! You all join as a small group in a private area where a very knowledgeable bird keeper brings round different species of owls for you to hold while telling you all the facts about each breed. The birds are beautiful and kept impeccable. Clearly well cared for birds. You get to end the day but flying one to your hand. Greta for all ages, thoroughly fun and informative!

Brilliant time spent there with family, we thoroughly enjoyed it. From being able to hold the owls, seeing the various different types of owls and other animals, and the information on display was very interesting/informative.. The staff were very friendly and informative, answering all of our questions. I would thoroughly recommend it to other friends and family, well worth a visit.

Booked an Owl experience for my wife at Christmas. Kept in contact with centre to make sure visit date was ok. Very friendly emails. Arrived at venue at met promptly. 7 Owls waiting for from small to large. Host Leanne was extremely knowledgeable and friendly making visit even better. Plenty of time with Owls for photos. Great experience over 2 hours and 20 minutes. Will definitely return for another experience. Thanks and well done 👏👏👏

I visited the centre on Friday 27 January. Leah was a fantastic host. She was so informative and answered my (many) questions about the wonderful owls.
I thoroughly recommend a visit here to anyone who loves animals and cares for conservation.

Went Sunday 22nd Jan. Thoroughly enjoyable activity, very informative and fascinating to see the owls close up. Leah was a stunning host who answered all questions and had a real enthusiasm for her job. The two hours flew (sic) by. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic place to visit. The animals here are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. They are so well looked after and loved. Staff are so friendly and helpful answering all questions you have about the animals. Can't wait to visit again very soon.

As an Animal keeper myself I was insanely impressed by the knowledge of staff, their love & attention to the animals they keep. The Animals have a vast amount of enrichment inside of their enclosures and obviously had brilliant relationships with their keepers. Andy was absolutely fantastic and shared his knowledge on the characters/personalities of each bird aswell as the species history. Would love to come back and visit for an open day, particularly to see the silver fox! Fab experience & would definitely recommend to anyone!

Found the owls beautiful to look at but saddened by their bare cages. It was a boiling hot day and some of the cages had no shade, one poor little bird was stood on the floor in a corner trying to get out of the sun. Saddened by the red kites having recently visited a place in Wales where they have been brought back from verge of extinction with 100s flying free.
On the plus side the staff are lovely and were great with the children.

What a fantastic place to visit this is. Staff were great, the animals were stunningly beautiful and well kept. There were even some animals I’d never seen before! Cannot fault the open day we visited and would highly recommend this to anyone. Thank you for an amazing day

Hi. We are open on Sunday 2nd August from 10am until 4.30pm. There will be flying displays at 12 and 2pm and chances to hold birds of prey yourself in between. The admission is £3.50 for adults and £2.50 for children and concessions.
The next open day after that is Sunday 30th August.
