We really enjoyed our three days trip with YUMANA. Engel uslle and the crew are awesome and fun. Food was so good. Highly recommended!

Amazing trip with Eastnesia, the boat was perfect for us, the itinerary was good, the crew service is very satisfying to make this trip very memorable. Thank you to our guide Denny who is very pro for taking pictures. Highly recommended for sailing trip with Eastnesia!!!

This review is only regarding my personal experience in communication with Denny as from what I understood he just sold me a space on the boat that several different agents were selling. After a very long research I have chosen his offer as he was very fast in replaying. I also noticed that most of the reviews the company has on Tripadvisor are from local people and as I always want to support local businesses decided to choose this option. The thing that bothered me most when it comes to communication with Denny was rudeness when it comes to payment. I haven’t payed so much attention to it before my trip as I thought that sometimes messages can be misunderstood. But second morning on the boat I had also a very unpleasant telephone conversation with him. I was enjoying the views and the guide came to me handing over his phone and telling that Denny wants to talk to me. What I got from the other side was him shouting “Were is my money! Give me my money! I want my money!” I didn’t understood what is happening. I had the rest of the money with me and as usual was waiting for the guide to approach us for the payment. But the guide didn’t spoke any English so he avoided me. I tried to explain that to Denny but he didn’t listened. He didn’t cared if the service he promised is provided, he was just shouting at me. Then he hanged up the phone or the connection disappeared but I wrote him back a message that his behaviour is very rude and unprofessional and he should revise his way of doing business if he intends to work with international travellers. After that I tried to speak with the guide who was a nice guy but not experienced or right fit for this job. He said that he was collecting money evening before. I asked why I wasn’t informed and his answer was that I already went to sleep. But unfortunately Denny didn’t bothered at all to find out what happened just kept shouting and threatening me over the phone. Be also aware if you book this trip that is likely to happen that you will be sharing the boat only with locals. I really loved the experience when it comes to guests but if they didn’t assisted me with translation it would be hard to enjoy. Guided walks and communication between the guide and guests were strictly in Indonesian but luckily people sharing the boat with me were extremely kind and friendly and translated for me the most important information. And when they found out from the guide how Denny reacted they were the ones apologising to me on his behalf. I was really touched by that gesture.

Went on 3 days 2 nights trip with eastnesia with my friends. Its a very good experience i would say, really enjoyed the whole trip. They really took care of you from the very first minute we landed at labuan bajo airport. We dont have to worry about anything, just enjoy the whole trip since they already prepared the itinerary, all the meals for us, and all the gears for the acitivities too. Would definitely recommend eastnesia to my friends and family that are going for the trip! Thank you eastnesia!!

We are group of 10 people and do a private trip with eastnesia. We really had a wonderful 4 Days 3 Nights experienced the Labuan Bajo. They also took a lot of nice photos and videos to remember your trip to Labuan Bajo. Very recommended!

What a great experience !
We didn't really know what to expect, having booked last minute .
What an amazing experience!
We were about 12 people on the boat, staff on board is so nice.
Our guide Zaim is a really cool, always smiling and also quite flexible. He was enjoying the moment with us whilst always keeping a good control on schedule.
We read a lot of reviews on the lack of food on those cruises. Honestly it was really good, diversified, with regular snacks. We had bought extra food and drink and didn't even have to use it!
The cabin was OK for this kind of cruise.
The landscapes were so fantastic that we went to the rooms only to sleep for a few hours.
Perfect handling of airport pick up and arrival and departure.
Content of the activities :
Fantastic ! There are plenty of spots to view, places to snorkel
It feels like they have been generous in providing so many things to do! We never get bored and each activity is a memorable experience.
We highly recommend this trip. Make sure you do it before the places get too crowded by tourists.
