We have chosen to continue to limit our capacity on admissions during holidays and have sold out of tickets on most days. Our intention is to create an enjoyable atmosphere for the families that choose to visit our family farm park, rather than feeling overcrowded like you may have experienced at other attractions. So far it has resulted in happier staff and customers alike, but we appreciate your concern. Under 3's (2 year olds) are £19.95 during peak season and under 2's are free of charge. We are about to add a new Changing Places style toilet facility to the Park as we're aware that we are under-delivering here and I'm sorry your experience here was a negative one. We check/clean our toilets on a rota every hour, so it's disappointing to read that this was insufficient on the day you visited and is certainly something we can quickly address/rectify. Thanks for your lovely review and I'm so pleased to read you enjoyed your day and that our staff were on their usual top form for you! So sorry to read about our toilets. They have been checked every hour over the holidays. Sometimes we need to increase that so we'll definitely assess our rota - thanks for letting us know and please feel comfortable in future speaking to us directly as we would have happily cleaned them straight away. We are adding a new toilet facility this year which we hope will fit the demand. Our visitor number has increased over the years, and our toilet numbers haven't! Hopefully the new block will resolve this - fingers crossed! We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
