Its not just a brewery where they make beer, the things I like most from them are there Vodka drinks. They are always coming up with something innovative. Their Banana Ice Pop vodka drink for really light flavor. One of my faves is fruit punch. Pink Lemonade, wild cherry and blood Orange. They are always coming up with weekly well priced specials. I love the delivery to you home which is usually within a day locally. In person purchasing is sometimes the best way to see what they may or may not have that day as some items in the summer sell quickly. Occasionally they throw an event on the roof top. Always a Christmas Beer advent calender,..which is beer not paper. I am hoping for something new and different to come out of them like a gin drink? The toughest thing with them is the parking, sometimes I cannot find a place to park, go in and buy, and I have had to leave as I am not in the area long enough to find a legal spot and run in..

A friend and I recently went on a guided tour of Brock St Brewery, located in the heart of downtown Whitby.
Our guide, the son of one of the owners, took us through the facility on a very informative tour, explaining the entire process of brewing their beverages. BTW, in addition to their beers, they also make gin and vodka, all on site! It was all very interesting!
Our tour ended in their third floor lounge, a gorgeous and intimate space, where we sampled a flight of their beer. They were all good! This lounge also hosts live entertainment, including music, workshops, and other events.
Whether you have an interest in beer, or not, the tour was very interesting and the facility was very impressive!
Check them out and then grab a bite to eat at 12welve Bistro, located in the same facility.

Brock House Brewery is my new favourite restaurant. Food and service were excellent! We visited this place for lunch and everything was delicious. Very nice patio, too.

Since we were back into a faux lock down once again, we decided to order from several local businesses that we had not tried. Ordered a dozen different type beers form Brock as I had only ever had their Blonde. Delivery came the very next day and they were nice enough to throw in a few freebies that were much appreciated. As for flavours beware the bourbon stout unless you like a very strong tasting beer. The strawberry would be liked by IPA lovers, as would the double vision IPA. The chocolate stout has more coffee flavour than chocolate, but not bad for change of pace. Well worth trying, especially for those wanting to support local business in Whitby or the Durham Region.

This was our first time and we were looking forward to going. The service was great and the beer was good too! However we ordered the fish and chips which were expensive $25 each and terrible. There was no fish and all batter, and tons of grease. Very disappointed in the food, and really expensive for fish and chips that had no fish in them. Will not spend that kind of money again to eat there, would only go for beer!

Had a wonderful tour of the brewery yesterday with guide Mike who was knowledgeable about the brewery and also had a lot of information and anecdotes about the town of Whitby as well. Finished up with a great dinner at 12welve Bistro and Tapwerks which is onsite.

The food here is amazing and we always come back for the cauliflower. I kind of of think I may be addicted to that cauliflower! The service was amazing and our waiter was so much fun! I have been here many times before but 2 of my friends this time had not. They are excited to come back and try other things on the menu! Great atmosphere and ample parking available.

Good pub atmosphere.
Food and drink prices decent and large portions.
Mum over from the UK for 1 week and had Brock St three times...she loved the P.E.I. Mussels blonde lagered ale infused curry cream, grilled naan.
