I was so ready for a massage as have been working at home for over a year! The Waters was exceptionally clean and the environment and staff made me feel safe during one of my first real outings in months. My massage was exactly what I needed - relaxing but also therapeutic for my pain spots (neck and shoulders). I will definitely be going back and also look forward to trying some of the other services when I can. But the massage alone was enough to have me booking my next appointment.

My wife booked a couples massage for my birthday and it was a great experience! From the moment you step inside the staff warmly welcome you.
My wife had a great massage by Lynn and I had a great massage by Kate.
This has been our first spa experience since moving from Toronto a year ago and Kate gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. She worked my neck, shoulders and lower back exactly how I had asked for it.
This was also a great treat after more than three months of the COVID19 lockdown. It was so nice to treat ourselves to something special after the stress and strain of being away from family and friends for so long.
Despite the sanitary precautions in place the staff did an amazing job in giving us an excellent spa experience.
Thanks so much Lynn, Kate and staff! We will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful day at The Waters Spa last week end. It was during the coldest spell of weather we had this winter, so it was a welcome break to the cold. Front desk team was welcoming and let me know exactly what to expect. Started off with a foot soak and then off for my Dead Sea Deep Cleanse, which included a soak, mud wrap,steam and followed by a massage with aloe moisturizer. Had a prestige pedicure planned so relaxed for a little bit in the lounge and then off for another foot soak and my pedicure. All of the staff were wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better way to start off the New Year.

I enjoyed another incredible facial at The Waters Spa today. The team at the Waters are so professional and pleasant. I also had a wonderful pedicure yesterday. I always feel so welcome and special at The Waters. Another special treat today was the glass of red wine during my foot bath - and only $10.00. Love The Waters!

Outstanding service from the beginning! As soon as we walked in the service was outstanding! I had a 90 min facial that was amazing and the attention to detail was great. My husband had body wrap and he says it was invigorating and relaxing. A must try!

I have Been to a bunch of places for massages. At The Waters Spa I have never felt like I was rushed through the process. Other places I have felt like Cattle being pushed through the place as quick as they can go.
You get a foot soak to start, then a massage then you can sit and relax by the fireplace. After that you can shower off and get dressed.
They only complaint I have is that you have to book so far in advance. Other then that this place is worth the wait.

I have a monthly pedicure and this was my first visit to The Waters. Appointment was made a month in advance for a pedicure that was to include paraffin wax treatment. Wax treatment not available because it was the Tuesday following the long weekend and the wax wasn't ready, wouldn't they realize that when the appointment was made?? Waited for the polish to dry before I left but the polish on some of my toes was smudged by the time I got home within the hour. Returned the following weekend, at their suggestion, to have polish reapplied.

We sincerely apologize for not having the paraffin wax ready for your pedicure appointment. When we are closed for Stat holidays, we do unplug the machine so as not to risk a fire starting when we are away. However, to fix the problem that you ran into, we will be setting a timer so that our paraffin turns on automatically and has time to heat up before our guests arrive. Why didn't we think of this sooner?
We hope that you enjoyed the cooling leg treatment we provided for you instead and I'm glad you were able to get a complimentary polish reapplication within the week. For all guests: we suggest waiting at least 3 hours after polish application before doing anything that might bump or damage nails. It takes about that long for all layers of polish to set fully - especially for glitter polish that requires additional coats. However, accidents do happen, and if you smudge or bump a nail, we are happy to reapply your polish for you at no charge (within the first week). Always. Just give us a call!
We strive for 5-star service and satisfaction and we have placed a complimentary paraffin wax onto your account for the next time you wish to book a pedicure.

This place was absolutely breathtaking! When we arrived we were greeted by the hostess and given spa shoes to walk around in. We were escorted to the change rooms where we found a locker with a robe in it as well as a clear box to put jewelery in! We filled out our forms, the staff was constantly waiting for our every need. We were taken for a complementary foot soak with essential oils and lead into our room.for the massage. The therapist were very helpful and friendly as it was both of our first times going. The massage was fabulous! Thanks so much, we can't wait to go back!

The Waters is amazing! I had the Dead Sea Body Treatment and it was absolutely incredible! My skin feels SO soft and hydrated. Sometimes an exfoliate can be too rough and uncomfortable but this one was perfect. I've never experienced anything like the head-to-toe mud mask and steam--it was so relaxing. The Waters really pays attention to all the little details. From the cozy robes, the foot bath and tea which relaxes you even before your treatment starts, to the eye cucumbers you can use during your soak--they've really thought of everything to make your experience luxurious and you will definitely leave feeling pampered and refreshed. I can't wait to come back!

The atmosphere is wonderful. I've had massages and pedicures and they were amazing. Right from the foot soak in warm water with rose pedals, to relaxing in the lounge with a cup of hot tea in front of the fireplace. Wonderful spa! Best in the region.

Hi There, Kristopher. Thank you for your question. Our over-sized soaker tub in our couple's suite is a completely private tub. Guests may choose to bring a bathing suit with them for the duration of the soak, or they may choose to go without a bathing suit if that is what they prefer.
Guests are always in privacy when they enjoy the tub. There is a timer inside the suite that will go off once it is time for a guest to come out of the tub. The therapist also keeps a timer with them outside of the suite that allows for ample time for the guest to get out of the tub, dry themselves off, and prepare themselves for the next portion of their treatment.
After each use, the tub is fully drained, cleaned and disinfected for the next guest's enjoyment.
