We see from our system logs that the purchaser of your group's vouchers confirmed that they had both read and accepted our terms and conditions prior to their purchase. We are very transparent in regards to how extremely weather dependent hot air ballooning is and that on average most customers need to reschedule between 5-10 times and in a lot of cases more. We are also very clear prior to any purchase that hot air balloon ticket/voucher holders in Ontario may need to reschedule over multiple flying seasons. We clearly state prior to any purchase that all flight bookings and vouchers are pre-paid in full and non-refundable. To our knowledge, every hot air balloon company in Southern Ontario has this same policy, and we make this extremely clear on our website and especially during the payment process.
