We are sorry to hear about your bad experience. We've taken hundreds of satisfied customers over the years based on the information provided on our website. After safety, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. I believe you really wanted to fly with 4 passengers in one helicopter and repeatedly asked if we could bend the rules because 2 of the 4 passengers were kids. The helicopter you were looking to charter from us, which the website pricing is based on, can only take 3 passengers. This is a safety requirement set out by Transport Canada and it is illegal and unsafe for us to take more than 3 passengers (people over 2 years old) per Robinson R44 at one time. Because we couldn’t accommodate you and to help you out we called another company that has a larger helicopter and then put you in direct touch with them. We receive no compensation for this and were doing this as a favour. If pricing information was passed on to you, it was what we would have been verbally told by the other company, and simply passed it on. We do not have any control over the pricing that other companies offer for their larger aircraft including whether or not they choose to quote tax in or pre-tax prices (our prices in our helicopters are tax inclusive). I hope that you can discuss a refund directly with them as they are the company that provided the service and billed you. We will remember your review before giving out phone numbers to other companies in the future.
