This is a pretty good sized neighborhood bar with seating for over 100. Looks like it's been there a while. I'm guessing the current owners have decided to make it a "value" bar. Happy hour pints were under $4.00 (CA). The Moose Burger was about ten bucks. Good burger. Service was a bit slow (only one waitress), but friendly and competent. Plenty of TVs and dart boards. (BTW, I was visiting the area on business.)

Have been here a couple of times while staying in the area for work. The bar is occupied mostly by locals, a mix of people really, not high end but not bad either. Staff are friendly and they have some great prices on their food which is also good.
