Be more friendly. service was sub par. The wines that we tried wasn't to my liking but the sub par service stood out in my mind

Clos du Soleil was a must visit as I am a wine club member. Visiting did not disappoint. Very quiet when were there, and Amanda who conducted our tasting was an absolute rock star! Knowledgeable, funny and patient with our questions. We have been fortunate to have been a part of wine tastings around the world, and this was a memorable one. Thank you so much.

This was our favourite wine tasting experience during our recent wine tour. The wines are truly delicious. We go on wine tours to learn more about the wines. The wine server was just wonderful - very friendly and very knowledgeable about the wines. We really enjoyed our wine tasting - delicious wines, fabulous server, lovely scenery. We will definitely be back!

we decided to try out some other organic winerys in the area this trip and got to taste some lovely wines and ended up with 5 bottles. Looking forward to having at home. It was off season and they were painting and freshing things up. Very friendly service and helpful about the area and we will return

Horrible experience. Wine was very mediocre and management was rude. There's a lot better wineries around that I would recommend, I won't be back to this one.

This great small winery has friendly and knowledgeable staff. A visit to Clos de Soleil is always enjoyable. The beautiful scenery surrounding the winery make it a wonderful setting. But more importantly the wines are excellent convincing my husband and I to become wine club members. We always take the opportunity to visit the winery to pick up our wine - thanks Amanda for welcoming us back so warmly each time.

Wine were well presented by knowledgeable staff. This small winery has a nice selection of white wines and a few red wines. Great views from this location, impressive surroundings. It is worth the trip. Apparently Dr Bonnie Henry is one shareholder of the winery. It is a good choice.
Several recent negative reviews seem outlandish. They should be taken with a grain of salt IMHO.

This is our 4th visit to Clos du Soleil over the years and the first time we’ve been disappointed. We’d brought friends along and as we had long sung the praises of Clos ud Soleil they were looking forward to the visit. We made a reservation and went with the intent of sampling their wines and then joining their wine club. When we arrived we were given no choice as to which of the 3 wines we were to sample: a rose we didn’t care for, a white that we weren’t interested in, and only 1 of the 3 reds we were hoping to try. This was in sharp contrast to the rest of the wineries in the area that provided an average of 5 samples (and a container to pour the excess in), and several that allowed choices of wines to sample. Our friends departed without making a purchase and were somewhat confused about why we had spoken so highly about Clos du Soleil. Had they been given an opportunity to sample the wines that they they were interested in, I suspect there would have been a different outcome. As for us, we are revisiting the idea of joining their wine club.

The wine was awful!
Vinegar aftertaste on each one that we tried.
Staff were great, really too bad about the wine.
Don’t bother going to this winery and don’t buy the wine.

We had the 'comprehensive tasting', a 50-minute tasting of 6 wines.
Appreciated the background on the winery, the vines and how they choose which wines to blend, oak, age etc.
A mixed case came home with us - everything from a unique Malbec Rose to Viognier to their Signature red blend!
Side note on other reviews - please remember to use common sense when 'bad' reviews come from folks with only 1 contribution, and when they comment on the food - when there is no food service on site. . .
