We had a great time and fantastic champagne food pairing tasting. It was a nice experience to try all the bottles which are good. The enthusiasm of the family and their story makes a difference. Food pairing I recommend to everybody. You get the highest quality food of the region and it matches perfectly with the nice champagne and red wine from Bouzy. Mathilde took her time for us and we really enjoyed it.

We kwamen aan bij dit klein champagne huis. De deur werd geopend door de vrouw des huizes. We werden ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangenen gaf eerlijk aan dat ze had beloofd tijd door te brengen met haar dochter. Desalniettemin maakte ze tijd voor ons vrij aangezien alleen zij Engels spreekt. We hebben hier voor 10 euro alle 5 de champagnes mogen proeven op het terras. De ene nog beter dan de ander. Als klap op de vuurpijl mochten we ook nog de Bouzy rouge proeven, waar we al veel over hadden gehoord. Ook deze viel erg in de smaak! Ik zou iedereen aanraden dit huis te bezoeken!

It's true I promised my daughter to go for shopping with her. When you live in the same house you work, sometimes you have to mix work and family. I thank you very much because you understood and accepted to do only the tasting, and not the visit which would have last longer. So I could spend time with you, and with her!
I would be happy to welcome you another day and make you visit our cellar!

Today we had a great champagne tour here.
The champagnes and bouzy rouge tasted really good. Furthermore, the host was lovely and explained a lot about the family business. Reccommendation when in the champagne region.

Nous avions durant notre séjour sur Reims de faire la route touristique de champagne et de passer par Bouzy par sa renommée historique de production de grands crus.Le Petit Futé nous conseillait cette exploitation et nous pouvons vous assurer que ce fut un vrai moment de bonheur dont nous nous souviendrons longtemps.
Monsieur Weber-Tritant a durant toute la dégustation a été d'une grande amabilité en répondant à nos questions et a su faire partager sa passion, sa connaissance et l'histoire de ce champagne qui est d'une très grande classe(Racines et Millésime)
De plus nous trouvons ce type de visite plus appropriée à celles des grands maisons qui monopolisent le marché champenois.
Alors si vous vous perdez sur cette route magnifique touristique par beau temps et arrivez à Bouzy une halte s'impose dans cette maison

A good boutique champagne house to visit, for an informative and delicious champagne tasting. Always more rewarding than a large commercial operation. Highly recommended if you are in Bouzy.

Nous, c est fait... et vous? Quand réservez vous? Une maison de champagne à ne pas rater.
Laissez vous séduire par la visite gourmande avec accords mets et vins. Un merveilleux moment à partager en famille, entre amis ou tout simplement à 2... à faire chavirer les papilles!!!

Forget about the bigger Champagne houses! You must visit the small growers to experience wonderful Champagnes made by truly passionate people. At Alfred Tritant, Mathilde was an absolutely gracious and warm host. It was so nice to be talking to the actual grower/producer instead of a hired "tour guide" like our experience at bigger wineries. Mathilde explained the Champagne making process to us, showed us around the cellar, and was very patient with our questions. All of the Champagnes we tasted were so good. My favorite was Mes Racines. Don't hesitate! Make an appointment to visit Alfred Tritant!
