We had the best day learning to cook 3 amazing Thai dishes from scratch with Nuch! We made tofu satay, vegetarian green curry and Pad Thai which are all delicious. There was plenty to take home along with a detailed copy of the recipe- I can’t wait to make the food again at home. I would 100% recommend this lesson!

My daughter gave me this cooking class for Christmas. It was such a great experience. Nuch guided us through from start to finish with excellent explanations of the ingredients and gentle suggestions. One of the best cooking classes that I have attended and I feel more confident with trying a few Thai meals now at home. For anyone wanting to understand and begin learning about Thai cooking, this is a great place to begin.

This was an excellent experience. I learned so much about the craft of Thai cooking. Nuch was very hospitable, helpful and organised. I would very much recommend this class.

Superb! The tastiest food ever. Still amazed we managed to produce such an authentic tasting meal. Nuch was a fantastic host, and would recommend to anyone in search of a great foody experience in Bristol. Thanks so much!

This was one of my favorite Bristol-based experiences so far - a truly brilliant birthday gift from a family member. Nuch's friendliness and expertise put us all at ease, and we were practicing our skills from very early on in the class. The dishes we cooked were absolutely delicious, and the fact that we left with so much food to bring home was a great highlight. Thank you Nuch, I can't wait to come back with friends!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Nuch was very welcoming and we spoke lots about Thailand,culture and food. We opted for the private experience and cooked 3 dishes of our choice. Each dish was made from scratch, and they were authentic, fresh and so good. All of the ingredients were fresh, of excellent quality and very generous portion sizes. This was a birthday gift and it was fantastic. The Thai green curry and Pad Thai were superb, ! We would definitely like to return to learn other dishes so thank you Nuch for a wonderful experience.

Perfect gift experience! Lovely few hours learning about authentic Thai cooking and ingredients. Nuch was so welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed eating our dishes over lunch and even taking extras home! Would definitely recommend.

Such a lovely experience - Nuch is highly skilled and very friendly. She made us feel at home straight away. We made Pad Thai and a chicken coconut soup - we are already thinking about when we can make them again. You get to try all the food there and have loads to take home with you after.

Highly recommend! The thai cooking class was so much fun, and Nuch was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. This is a fantastic way to spend the day and I would also recommend buying a voucher as a gift for someone if you are looking for something different.

Spent a lovely two hours on a group cooking session with Nuch learning to cook Pad Thai and Tom Kha Gai. No photos as it was all eaten when I got home! Nuch was friendly, funny and a pleasure to meet. Am looking forward to going again!
