whole experience from beginning to end was awesome.Pilot(Nick) and team so friendly and put everyone at ease.
To be honest, with stunning scenery below and the wonderful peace being up there you don't think of where you are.
Being an 8 person basket, you find it easier to talk to fellow passengers.
Can't praise the team enough!

An amazing experience. Nick and the team were professional, informative and relaxed. We had had several cancellations due to weather but it was definitely worth the wait. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Amazing Amazing. What can i say? What an amazing experience with amazing staff, Nigel, Paul & Jill, made this trip an experience of a lifetime. The perfect sunrise & the perfect weather🌞, finished of with a glass of 🥂.
Nick was professional throughout, updating us throughout the booking 💪. Thank you all once again

Nick and his team are very friendly, introduction was slick and safety reassured at all times.
Very professional outfit and they enjoy having a laugh along the way.
You can ask anything there's no judgement as myself and my partner was first flight in a balloon it was really relaxed and happy experience.
Finished with a history of ballooning and a glass of champagne really great team can't thank them all enough!

Such a treat

Big hit as a birthday gift from my husband. Early morning flight taking off from Corston which was exactly what we had hoped for as we live locally. Flying over familiar land and seeing our own house was such a treat. Nick and his team were outstanding. Happy to answer all my questions both trivia and technical. Even shared photos of us taking off, you forget that you can’t take photos of yourself taking to the skies.
Thanks guys, a fabulous experience and would recommend to all. 🎈

Going on a hot air balloon was an amazing and special experience thanks to First Flight - Nick and Steve were so friendly and insightful from booking to bubbles after. Would highly recommend to anyone who want a tailored experience for themselves.

Our hot air balloon ride was so enjoyable! The boys are super friendly and very informative on everything which is really interesting. I’ve always wanted to go on a hot air balloon and it did not disappoint. I couldn’t recommend them enough if you want a great experience from start to finish. Thank you for a great day.

My niece arranged a balloon trip with First Flight for a personal family occasion on the 21st May 2023. Nick and the team was really friendly and accommodating to our requirements. We had an early start travelling from the West Midlands to meet at the start point at New Manor Farm shop but wouldn't have changed it, the flight over The Mendip Hills was so sedate and picturesque it was perfect. Thank you so much!!!!

Beautiful views from the sky

A once in a lifetime experience that was breath- taking. I'm not one for heights but I felt safe with first flight and the views from the sky were beautiful, I will always remember the shadow from the balloon on the trees and fields below. My daughter asked if we could go again as she loved it so much. Thank you Nick for an amazing experience.
