Well worth a visit but give yourself time as it is a big antiques centre. Prices seemed very reasonable and there was lots of choice on the different floors including furniture, retro, glass, china and jewellery.

Set across three sprawling floors, this is a real delight. So much variety and definitely something for everyone. I was thrilled to pick up a few inexpensive treasures and it was a pleasure to browse this nicely kept store. Helpful and knowledgeable staff too.

I was very disappointed to be turned away with my small, well-behaved dog this morning.
As an antiques dealer myself, this is the first time I have been refused entry to an antiques centre when accompanied by my dog.
I offered to carry her and explained that I had traveled by train specifically to visit the centre, but it sadly made no difference.
It would be a good idea to mention on your website that dogs are not allowed, so that others in the same situation are not similarly disappointed.

In it’s memorabilia section, this shop sells “golly doll” badges used by Robertson’s jams to promote their products during the twentieth century. These anti-black caricatures are racist and should not be being resold.
A member of our party spoke to staff about the clearly offensive images on the badges and why they were harmful and offensive to people of colour. They said they did not find the badges offensive and so will still sell them.
We were shocked they were so willing to ignore the harm they were causing and happy to profit off racist memorabilia.

Visited Waterside twice, once in December and once in January. I was very impressed by the prices and there's lots to see. However, I couldn't stay long as it was absolutely freezing in there! Even the staff had their coats on the second time I was in there.

This place goes on and on. With three levels of antiques it was very interesting to see all the history people have made available. I was disappointed in the jewelry selection. Very little in the Victorian era…my purpose in being there

such a great place full of treasures , love to see the old toys , especially star wars ones , just dont go on a hot day because some floors are muggy , musky and airless .

Rude seller. Don't expect to find any bargains in here. Well overpriced! Loads of stalls and nooks and cranny's to poke around but generally not a great experience.

Great antique shop - literally: it is huge. The entrance does not indicate at all that this is basically an antiques supermarket. Huge selection and reasonable prices. I could have spent hours here!
