Hi I am really sorry to hear of your experience at Polgoon, we strive to give good customer service at all times. I feel the issue you raised on signage is possibly valid, we have been in the process of repainting our signage for this summer season, and our signs possibly were still blank and in the process of being written when you visited. Sorry it was not clear where to go. The vineyard is beyond both our shop and seating area and bar so i'm sorry you ended up in that area without speaking to anyone . We do monitor visitors to that area for their own safety, we often are often cutting grass or doing other daily jobs that require vineyard machinery and the safety of all our visitors is paramount. I am also sorry that you feel you were not greeted with a smile, we instill into all the staff here that a smile and a welcome go a long way to making our customers feel happy about visiting Polgoon. Hi I am so sorry you didn't feel you had the best visit to Polgoon, we try really hard to make everyone welcome, and give as much info as possible re all aspects of what we do. Obviously we fell short of ours and your expectations and can only apologise for that. On a positive note I am pleased you liked the wines served.
