A Perfect Experience

I booked Hercules for a private cruise to scatter my parents ashes earlier this week. Everything was perfect, our skipper David, was a lovely chap, cheerful and attentive and very respectful during the ceremony. The cushions and blankets provided on the boat were spotless and very warm and cosy. We had ordered refreshments which were beautifully presented, the Prosecco and the cream teas were delicious.
Greenway did everything possible to make the occasion a perfect, memorable trip.

The greenway ferry has no capability to phone them. Disappointing. No answer at all. We understand that others have had same experience having spoken to them locally.

Excellent Way to Sea Dartmouth & the Christie Estate

This perhaps the best way to there visit the holiday estate of Agatha Christie. Coming by boat from Dartmouth adds to the whole experience and booking and catching the ferry could not be easier. The the top deck you can really experience the area and you get a commentary from the Captain as to what to look out for. Highly Recommended.

Tarts on the Dart more like rude on the river!

This is for Tarts on the Dart and NOT the river cruise. The woman with the black hair is rude! No customer service. Also with no sign on the door my daughter needed the bathroom. The woman opened the door when she was in there and said this is for staff only and was extremely rude. Either wait until she came out or put a sign up. My daughter apologised but she just walked off with a huff. No smile when she served us in the kiosk either. She was then rude to another couple within seconds of them driving on to the quay.

very helpful staff made our trip a real pleasure, i had without realising ,booked the wrong week ,the man at greenway said it was no problem and amended our paperwork ,then told the staff on the ferry that it was fine .the drinks and cake at greenway were very nice and good value ,the ride into Dartmouth was really good and the return trip was very informative ,it was such a refreshing change to meet staff who actually wanted to help and ensure we had a great time ,thank you to you all

A Lovely River Trip

A great way to visit the National Trust property of Greenway, the holiday home of Agatha Christie. The trip along the River Dart takes just over 20 minutes. You get to see some stunning scenery, it is a lovely little boat trip.

Running commentary with some truly awful but funny jokes - Ron the seal was the best
Comfortable
Nice crew
Good cuppa tea
Reasonably priced and saw lots you would not normally see
