Visited for the live Blues music on a Tuesday evening. Musicians were brilliant and very talented. Place was busy, buzzing atmosphere and only just managed to get a seat at the back of the bar. The Salcombe pale ale was a tasty pint. I had already eaten elsewhere so didn't try the food. Highly recommend this place if you enjoy live music with an atmosphere.

I was charged £25.70 for 3 pints of Salcombe Pale Ale, a single house gin & tonic, and a single house vodka, lime & soda. My partner ordered a burger. Just a basic burger without any extras such as cheese or bacon. She was told the cost was £12.95. However her bank statement shows £19.15! Not only that, but the burger was burned, and the coleslaw was inedible. Generally the staff were clueless and slow. We were overcharged and ripped off. The place has gone downhill over the past couple of years, which is a real shame.

Out of lockdown and into the Blues bar. A rainy day made perfect. Absolutely lively food real value. Our server Jem was an absolute jem.

Met friends here for lunch today and couldn't have gone to a better place. Out first meet up since lockdown, had a table reserved outside for us, table service and all Covid guidelines adhered to.
Staff polite, excellent menu, and all our choices had fabulous presentation and tasted good too.
Would definitely recommend this place 👌

The most objectionable owner I have ever experienced in Plymouth so sad that someone so unsuitable is now in charge of a hospitality business in the city. We will never return.

Wonderful food, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Great setting on a gorgeous sunny day. Third time I have been there and each time the food has been fantastic.

We had a party of 36 in the restaurant upstairs on two tables and it was a hoot. Great food well prepared and delivered quickly and hot. Everyone remarked on how good it was. I had the 'full rack' which was spilling off the plate, wonderful.
The staff were really good and special thanks to Paolo the chef and his team.
I would definitely recommend it, far better than hiring a room with a finger buffet.
