Staff always nice, approachable, helpful and polite. Sauna great, pool area too. Treatments wise I only had a few massage sessions and all exceeded expectations. I am pretty sure that there are many great massage therapists out there but Elise in Forever Gorgeous has to be the best. This is not just a skill, it feels like magic.
Very relaxing, can't recommend highly enough! 😉

I went to Forever Gorgeous SPA in Bournemouth yesterday with a group of friends for a 50th.
I was very impressed, for our Renew Me Package I was there from 11am-3pm. Swimming Pool, Steam Room, Jacuzzi (but out of order today) a 25 minute treatment and afternoon tea.
The treatment I chose was an Indian Head Massage with Hazel, it was the best one I’ve ever had and I’ve had lots.
The afternoon tea was so filling to lots of sandwiches, scones and cakes.
Highly recommend it.

The forever gorgeous spa to me is 10/10, 5 star. Excellent pregnancy massage, lovely rooms, super staff and the relaxation lounge is incredible! I absolutely love it there and couldn't recommend it enough!
However, the reason for my four star is due to the spa facilities. Im afraid i couldnt have given it a one. Its so sad how downhill its gone. The pool itself is OK, although tiles could do with a clean.
The jacuzzi was absolutely disgusting, black/ brown murky looking water with the most awful smell ( like smelly fish tank water and mould) Luckily for me I didn't put my whole body In there as I'm pregnant but I honestly couldn't wait to get out of there!
Cant comment on sauna as didnt use but have used before and it was nice.
The lighting in there is perfect, very relaxing.
Sadly changing rooms no better, either extremely hot shower or Stone cold, and empty shower gel/ shampoo.
Got out of the pool/jacuzzi area to have quite an unpleasant mouldy smell on my skin.
Didn't spend long there, and went back to the main spa to relax.
Please, please think about giving the spa facilities a really good makeover, because it is so poor in contrast the wonderful services the main spa provides.

3 mums took 3 daughters (teens) for spa day.
Spa Treatments and therapists 4* and relaxation room lovely.
Really let down by the pool area ..very below par and really needs updating. Not somewhere you want to spend anytime and changing rooms were awful too. The lockers provided are open and not lockable (although there are small lockable ones that fit a wallet and phone in hallway) Showers just shocking!
Another Downside was we had to get dressed to eat halfway through day and the restaurant were very werdly surprised that we wanted lunch at lunchtime and spent ages trying to understand that it wasn't an afternoon tea booking gone astray. Food took ages to come but was lovely when it arrived.
If you are going for spa treatment you'll love it but spa DAY.... Maybe not.

Friendly reception, lovely calm and relaxing environment.
My therapist, Elise was very friendly and professional.
I’m 9 months pregnant and she gave me a 10/10 back massage! The pressure was perfect. I would 100% recommend.

Please update the facilities - the changing room was really unacceptable - needs to be brought up to todays standards - wanted that “luxury” experience - but they left much to be desired - didn’t want to use at all . Likewise with the pool area - this needs updating - again not somewhere you want to spend too much time in - considering i had a 2 hour day pass -
The treatment rooms were lovely and the therapists were very good - no complaints there - and the relaxation room for after was lovely.

I Had a 45 minute back massage with Hazel. My back was very sore and my shoulders were up by my ears. Afterwards I felt so light and relaxed a truly amazing experience Thank you! Already rebooked :)

My friend and I enjoyed an amazing Indian head massage today. The staff were very friendly, the massages were very personalised and excellent attention to detail. We loved the new decor, relaxation room and selection of hot teas to enjoy. Thank you so much everyone!

Lovely full body massage and scrub, very relaxing - highly recommend! Issy at reception was so helpful and lovely to chat to. Would definitely go again!

Our group of seven, celebrating my nephew and niece's graduation had a wonderful experience. All the staff were really warm and helpful to our group and very attentive. The treatments were great and we all left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The private lounge was appreciated and a lovely place to relax in. Would recommend it for a lovely family bonding and relaxed experience.
