Yes, the under cliff is open everyday. Please be careful especially during the winter and windy conditions, as the waves can come in over the wall. During the summer months it is a great walk, also spring and autumn. I like the stretch between Saltdean and Rottingdean - the sunsets can be brilliant.

Hi you can park at Saltdean Tavern where the parking is free. You can then walk through the tunnel to the undercliff walk. The walk will take you approximately 20 minutes to Mollys. Once you get to Mollys you can then access Rottingdean village, pubs, teahouses etc. Enjoy

Not really, but the trip back is just as interesting as the first leg. Don't worry, just go and enjoy. There are refreshments at various points. Warning - suggest you do not take buggies in rough weather, high tide, as sea comes over the wall.

The path is just over 5 kms long but you can then carry on past the marina towards Brighton pier and beyond

Try the Whitecliffes Cafe on undercliff just as you go thru subway by the lido.
