Despite reviewing The Treatment Rooms negatively in the past, I have remained a customer and I’m very glad to have a fantastic new therapist after my previous favourite therapist left the company for new ventures.
Currently, The Treatment Rooms are closely, and very intelligently, following Covid 19 infection control guidance and they have adapted all procedures and policies to keep customers and staff as safe as possible. As an NHS frontline worker, this is very, very important to me.
Treatments are, as they have always been, extremely good. This is certainly not the cheapest beauty therapy option in Brighton but I believe it remains one of the best and it is certainly worth the extra expense - for those fortunate people who can afford it

I had ‘The Treatment Rooms Ritual’ with Sarah today. A rare treat for me, so I was really looking forward to it. What a lovely relaxing experience, 3 hours of pure bliss. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. Sarah was amazing, the treatments were so lovely. Herbal tea, water and bowl of fruit at the end was a really nice touch.
I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been a very regular customer here for 3 years. They’ve recently lost some excellent therapists, started offering discounted treatments, and have been less busy. I’ve just had to cancel my regular appointment at short notice because of GP advice and they still charged me.
I recommend that people look elsewhere for these kind of treatments because the Treatment Rooms don’t actually value and provide a good service for regular customers.

I’m sorry you didn’t want to reply to my communication with you and try and put this right for you.
We haven’t recently lost therapists but as you are aware your regular therapist left over a year ago to return to her home country for work.
As a courtesy to other clients and our staff we do ask for 24hrs notice to give us the opportunity to fill the booking. I appreciate this isn’t always possible but we have to have some guidance for our reception team.
We are a busy salon and we do offer ‘upgraded’ treatments when staff have taken on a new Treatment or are new to us.
I have a very professional team of receptionists and therapists and I value their profession.
Your content in your review is incorrect other than we charge for missed appointments.

I took my girlfriend gigi to a weekend birthday trip to Brighton after neither of us ever been before. So I was looking for lots of little things to do like food and drink etc but I wanted to try something different for us and so took her to the treatment rooms. Now I’ve never had a massage ever before in my life so had no idea what she needed but I roughly new her areas of complaint. After a few calls on the phone and with some really helpful advice I opted for the hot stones massage which I felt gave a good overall treatment.
We arrived yesterday morning we where both lead up stairs and where guided to the changing robes into our robes and slippers and offered a lovely herbal tea and water and promptly being guided to our room.
The couples room itself was really lovely draped in white curtains and candles and soft music in the background. Our feet where washed and instructed to remove robes and place ourself son the tables (whilst they where out of the robes).
The two ladies who where with us where very soft spoken and calm and very professional. It was maybe slightly robotic but I guess they have to be to put people to ease and have everything go really calmly and thoughtfully.
The hot stones where AMAZING rolling through our body’s and mixing with the coldness of the hands and the warmth of the stones was great. They worked our legs, feet, back, hands and neck. She worked much harder on one of my legs which I’ve had some trouble with recently.
Overall my girlfriend loved it and set us up for a nice day out. They treated her with a little birthday goody bag which was a nice touch aswell but had to have a wash and blow dry after having her head massaged with oils.
Definitely would love to come back again and try out different treatments next time where in Brighton.

I had the most wonderful experience having a lava shell massage. I’d never heard of it before but it was incredible! Like a hot stone massage but better.
The treatment rooms felt like going to a spa. The treatment itself was great - done by Elizabeth. And the reception staff Anna and Emily were very lovely and welcoming.
Overall a great experience.
