Really fun and exciting, we had a great time escaping the serial killer’s lair! It was tricky but good fun and really good details and decor in the room. Great activity to do with friends.

Did the Seven Sins escape room and it was so much fun! The puzzles were quite tricky but still doable. The host was very good and helpful when we went too wrong. We then went to the Dark Arts bar where we had some amazing drinks (made by James) with the VERY energetic and flamboyant Doctor Pirilous. I only wish the booking was for longer than 90 minutes because I just didn't want to leave! We will DEFINITELY be visiting again.

Fabulous escape room experience. Very well thought out with a story that has real relevance to the tasks to be completed.
Really imaginative, with a good level of difficulty ('goldilocks' level!)
Our host, Mitch (aka 'Brown-beard') was excellent. He made everything clear, ensured we were well looked after and really injected some fun into the event.
We've done a lot of escape rooms and would readily put this one into the top five. We'll definitely be back to do more of their rooms.

We did the Legend of Cursed Waters. Absolutely amazing - really good puzzles and entertaining. Mitch, aka Brown Beard was a fab games master. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had never done an escape room as a group and it was amazing. It was hard but we had a lovely time and escaped with 4 minutes to spare. The staff are brilliant, the atmosphere perfect and we’d do another escape room there anytime. Trying to organise another visit and time for some cocktails too.

I’ve done two other escape rooms in the past with my partner but first time going to this escape room in Southampton with him and we loved it, absolutely brilliant.
Staff is friendly and very helpful, would highly recommend and would definitely come again soon.

We had a great time! We did the potions and peril escape room. Very cleverly done, 4 of us felt like just the right number for the room. Amy was a friendly helping hand!

We completed the 7 Sins escape room- safe to say after completing over 30 that this was the best room… by far! Mitch our host was absolutely incredible, thank you so much for making our experience so amazing 😁 if you are a lover of the Saw franchise like we are, definitely pay a visit to this room. Haven’t had such a laugh completing a room as this, from the theming to the host to the actual puzzles. Thank you once again to Mitch for making it so incredible!! Will definitely be back to complete the rest 🤩

The theme was amazing with fantastic references to SAW, the puzzles were amazing and well designed so everything was unique and relevant, the games master Mitch was absolutely incredible and made the whole experience fantastic. Can’t wait to be be back for the rest of the games!!!!

Great use of space, nice that some activities and challenges were physical and not just opening locks but standing on pressure plates and other things too.

Is the Seven Sins room really scary? The birthday girl would love this but some of our group are nervous (mid-30s and half of us have lost our nerve!)

Hi Seven Sins has one or two jump scare elements but is more thematic in terms of horror experiences out there. There are no live actors and it is at its heart a puzzle oriented game with a few unnerving twists and a grisly atmosphere. It has some dark humour as well and is even more fun for everyone involved with one or two nervous people. It is many of our customers favourite escape game ever! Thinking of booking with just two other friends. Because we won't fill the room up to capacity, will the time slot still be open to the public and be filled with people we didn't book with? Or is the slot exclusive to us regardless of if we filled up all 8 spaces?

I went with just two other people and it was just us. The room doesn't get filled up with random people. It's up to teams of 8, but 8 isnt required 😁

Thinking of booking this for daughter’s 13th Birthday. If they need assistance with clues, do the staff help? Do you do Birthday packages eg food, cake or anything?

Sorry this reply may be too late for you but if so maybe it will help others at least. I booked the Pandora Heist for a 12 year old’s birthday and it was perfect. The staff were great at providing just the right level of help so that the kids were challenged but not frustrated. They absolutely loved it. I also asked about doing cake or something there. They do not provide but were happy for me to bring if I wanted and willing to discuss and accommodate within the constraints that they have to get the room ready for the next players quite quickly. In the end we decided to take everyone home for pizza and cake but could have brought one in to have quickly in their foyer area. I was worried there wouldn’t be enough time but actually I think it would have been ok.

I'm thinking of purchasing this as a gift for my 2 sons and their partners and want to know what it costs, what you get for your money and if there are any adds ons that can be purchased with it.

Hi Dianne,
The price is £24pp peak, and £19pp off-peak (Weekdays up to 4:30pm). Each experience is an hour long immersive activity game that requires teamwork and tests a range of skills in order to succeed at the overarching challenge and solve the puzzles throughout. The price includes the game, a team photo with props at the end and a briefing and debriefing. The entire visit lasts about 90 minutes on average. Our current game 'The Pandora Heist' does not yet have the ability for add-ons but we are due to open our second game, a psychological horror experience in the next few weeks which will offer a personalisation service shortly after opening.
