Bought just what I needed at a reasonable price. They stock a huge selection of garden stuff!
Thought we'd have a quick coffee and cake whilst there - but we were seated and waiting 15 minutes - nobody took out order, so we left. It used to be so much better when it was self service. You could see the cakes and decide what you wanted, and be on you way as soon as you like!

Had a nice lunch here. Service was a bit slow but it was the weekend. Our food was nice and the service friendly. Previously had breakfast here which was lovely. Definitely will be returning.

Probably visited Ayletts for forty years. The very worst part is getting out onto the A414, can be very busy and fast. However worth the visit as it has a broader range of trees and bushes, annuals and indoor plants than most. Large variety of potatoes and onion sets for the allotment. Dahlias were a speciality, less so now. Not so keen on the revamped and reduced sized cafe.

We came here primarily to use the cafe. They have reduced the size of it and changed to table service only. It seemed like there was less choice. A very basic selection at a high price. The garden centre itself is good but I don’t think we will return.

No scones at 3.30 on a Saturday afternoon - what a ridiculous thing for a cafe to run out of. The coffee was ok but you didn’t find out about the lack of scones until you had queued and sat down

We came here primarily to visit the cafe as I'd read on the internet that there would be gluten free cake - which can be surprisingly difficult to find in cafes. I wasn't disappointed and I had a nice slice of gluten free carrot cake which was lovely and moist. I had tea with oat milk to go with it. My husband was very happy with his choice too. The service was good too and the ladies loos were presentable and not unpleasant. We'd definitely return, perhaps for lunch, when I expect it could be very busy.
After visiting the cafe, we wondered around the plants and gift shop. I didn't have time to see the house plant section, but it looked quite large. The outdoor plants looked to be very good quality, if not the cheapest. They had a good selection of greeting cards and there were plenty of parking spaces outside.

We went for a visit to Aylett nursery. They have a really good all round stock of plants and equipment to buy. Then we went to the restaurant and found good selection of food especially gluten free food at reasonable prices and delicious as well. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and pointed out all the gluten free items on the menu, father than me having to look on the app. I would recommend this nursery to everyone. Ron

Met here with a friend for brunch, the ladies in the cafe made us feel like we were such an inconvenience to them. From seating to service. Very poor customer service. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Food was nice though, thankfully.

A family run garden centre with a huge selection of plants and garden equipment and supplies. Not the cheapest place but the plants are of high quality and most come with a guarantee. Mr Aylett can often be found welcoming and chatting to customers in the shop. The ladies in the information shed are so helpful when you are looking for a particular plant or cultivar.

We arranged to meet two other family groups here today, we had all travelled a fair way to get here.
We had a lovely coffee and lunchtime in very pleasant surroundings. The staff were efficient and friendly, service was quick, and prices were very reasonable.
Particular thanks go to a young man called Lee for whom nothing was too much trouble. He made sure we could all sit together in comfortable seats and with plenty of space which really enhanced our time together.
We will definitely be back for our next get-together!
