Nicely set up, some good puzzles that we hadn't seen before and well themed rooms. Gamesmakers were a little too keen to give clues at the start but very friendly and nice. We'd recommend Jailbreak.

My partner and I did The Haunting room at Escape Kent and it was incredible! He had never done an escape room before whereas I’d done a few but we both felt challenged, and completed the room with 8 minutes to spare! Meg was our host and did an absolutely amazing job at creating atmosphere and making us feel safe in the room. Would highly recommend - and we can’t wait to go back!

Outstanding stuff. This is the first escape room any of us had done, but it was absolutely brilliant. We did it as a family of four - with our kids aged 8 and 11. They loved it and were able to figure out a number of the puzzles themselves. Highly recommended.

Myself, partner, son and his girlfriend took on the "kidnapped" escape room and what an amazing experience it was 😁. Worked very well as a team.... And managed to escape with 31 seconds left!

I am a big fan of all the games I’ve played here and the staff. Everything comes together to make a great experience.
In a group of five, we did ‘The Haunting’ and it was bloody brilliant. It was a great balance of separate puzzles and bigger tasks. The set is amazing and you never quite know what’s coming next. Of course I screamed.
I really like the staff: everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful. The room masters are so great at creating the vibe before going into the room. Shout out to Meg! Thank you for our recent experience!

Not butchered!!
Did the “kidnapped” room as part of a work function. 4 of us. Most have watched Dahmer on Netflix so we were a bit scared…! We made it out with a few minutes to spare, handy hints thrown in when we needed them, really challenging, well thought out room! Highly recommended and we will return and try another!
The staff here were all very friendly and helpful and want to make the experience as good as possible for all! They really love their jobs and it was great fun!! Thanks guys!

Had a great time at Escape Canterbury. Played 'Kidnapped' which involved escaping from the basement of a cannibal serial killer. Very atmospheric with some great puzzles to solve! Everyone in the group throughly enjoyed it. Chris our guide was excellent and made the experience unforgettable. We are hooked and will be booking again soon for the next escape room challenge.

Magic portal physical capability requirements. URGENT
Hi I'm needing a super last minuite bolkimg as plans have fallen through on a 30th day thing. Looking to do magic portal but the bday person has limited walking capabilities. How much walking is actually required? Can you use a car to get around? Appreciate any immediate responses greatly.

It depends what room you want to do. Avoid the pirate room but the alien room was fine with no stairs and no need to crawl.

It will only be those that book for the slot that are in the room, we don't mix any other players in the room. So if you book a certain slot you have exclusive use for the room for that slot.

Comfortable casual clothes is best.
It tends to get warm in the escape room itself but there are hooks to hang hoodies/cardigans on the door as advised by the team member who will brief you 😊
