A must do if in Blackpool
Used a voucher to get free adult ticket and felt excellent value for money. Really enjoyed the 4D experience before going in lift up to the Blackpool eye viewing level. Amazing views from glass floor viewing platform. No rush so spent as long as wanted up there. Staff pleasant and friendly. Would recommend for all ages.

Highly recommend
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here today. The 4d show at the very beginning was really very good and set the bar for the rest of our visit. The staff were all very friendly. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Highly recommend the Dino golf, it was only £3.50 per player for 9 holes. We had the course to ourselves and thought it was well designed and good fun.

Once is enough..

It was just average.
Never would've paid the individual price for tickets.

But we went cause we had the BIG ticket and its then included.

We were and down in 45 mins.

You have to watch this 4d experience thing you couldn't miss it out you had to watch. Great for kids...but they are doing it to warrant the price and fill out the visit. It had no impact on the tower visit itself.
It was nice to go up. had a cheeky pic or two then waited to go back down.
Work was being done on the tower.

You go up...no need to go up again.

Took the kids up Blackpool Tower
Took the kids to Blackpool tower it was 40 yrs since I last went thought it was quite costly and when you get in there no real directions on where to go so a lot of visitors all standing about asking each other where you go

When you work out where your going you head to a 4D cinema to be honest it was ok not great the effects where good but the actually film you what was mediocre

Then you get into the lift and go up the tower the glass floor was good then down the tower through sone random VR game area then the shop and finally come out in some gruffalo shop quite random

It was ok won’t go back again you got alot more 40yrs ago tower, aquarium, ballroom, circus all for the same cost not now ballroom and circus are separate costs

Quite disappointing really and cost alot o for what you actually get

Love the views, Hate the Crowd
Great 4D movie for kids. Tower has some great views and the clear platform is fun to walk on. There's just too many people up the top though, we were elbow to elbow with new liftloads every few minutes.

Ballroom free? Nope. Not any more.

So we took the mother in law to Blackpool as she used to live there as a girl. I assured her she could see the ballroom for free as it had been that way for many years (She would go dancing every week). Looking at an organ and architecture should be free in my mind. Guess what, not any more. So we didn't go. It's not the cost which made us stay away. It's the fact that a price is put on everything and anything after so many years being free. The tickets to see everything else are not cheap and I would bet are more than enough to look after the tower and it's staff. Just seems like a greedy grab.

Unfortunately, the ballroom demands a large amount of upkeep so in order to maintain such a grand beautiful room we do need to charge a small fee for the ground floor or balcony; I hope you can appreciate this. Very good, But it was quiet
Great value, enjoyed our trip up the tower, not sure about all the fake flowers! It does look tacky - I’m guessing it’s covering up the rust!!! 😂

Luckily it wasn’t busy so spent plenty of time reading all the facts etc, only thing I would say is the photos are really expensive (but that’s Merlin for you) but I’d highly recommend

Another great day in the ballroom

Hi, I very regularly visit from Wolverhampton to sit on the balcony and take on the talented organists work as I'm an organist myself and I'm always blown away by this attraction.
When I visited today 29/05/23 what stood out for me was the lady's on the ballroom door from whom I bought my ticket. She was so lovely and shown an interest in my journey from Wolverhampton and was amazed by how often I visit, she was truly a lovely person with whom I could of chatted all day. Please pass on my best wishes

Wish I had visited sooner
Never been up the tower before absolutely loved it. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Well worth a visit

A great trip up the tower

First time up the tower and it won't be my Last! All those working there were very polite and friendly. Spectacular views and enjoyed the trip up the tower. Didn't really notice the plastic foliage representing a garden, busy looking down at the glass and the comedy carpet below. I just wish that instead of creating fake photos that the photo machine was set up to take photos of you on the glass floor. No matter how hard we tried we just could not take a good photo showing us and the prom below.
