Me and my son came on opening day, it was his first visit and he was really looking forward to going.
We arrived at 9.30 and parked in the car park. £18 for the day is very expensive but didn't want to drive around looking for somewhere else.
The park opens at 11 and didn't want to queue for so long so went fo a walk.
We came back at 10.30 and watched the pre opening show which was good.
When we got in we found alot of rides closed or not opening until later on?
Impossible is apparently closed for good but it doesn't show that online.
Lots of kids rides were closed too which was disappointing. My son is only 110 cm so couldn't go on any bigger rides so to see the smaller rides closed was a disappointment.
Lots of rides breaking down and the train broke down too. Just put this down to not being run over winter. But we spent most of our day walking around looking for rides he could go on.
Needs to be more options for dairy free people. We struggled buying anything he could eat, maybe have vegan cheese in the eateries, lots of people are intolerant so it would be used.
But we stayed until closing and I'll be back when valhalla opens in April too.
Just marked down for the closed rides and food.

I had an email asking for feedback but the link didn't work so I will take my opportunity to leave it here.
It's clear a lot has been done to make it a great experience, the staff were all so lovely and helpful they couldn't have done more.
Rides good, like the que time on app that's good.
Couple of tips ihope you find useful :)
The scanners / system for getting through barriers is really glitchy and I think on busier days will become problematic and frustrating for staff as it struggled to read our qr codes without a solid 30 seconds of waving / brightening screen etc and then ultimately the staff having to use their own card to let us in.
My biggest tip will save your new staff (who are amazing bdw) in the swanky new restaurant a lot of headache. No vegan options in 2023!? At a park that's only going to attract more gen z / millennial vegans then ever. Poor staff didn't know what to do and had to check with chefs and still ended up giving me milk products (could be terrible if you have a lactose allergen which luckily I do not) so I sat there with my crisps and dip lmao. This really does need sorting - you really don't want to annoy / not offer at least one option to vegans as they won't all give their feedback so politely 😂😂😂
One final tip re the new swanky restaurant. When it's busy customers need to be less reliant on staff... I had to harras them with several questions as no napkins on table... No cutlery on table... No vegan options on menue....no visible signs to toilets....numbers don't fit in the table stands and fall onto floor.... This would be Chaotic for them during peak periods so I would reccomend sorting now to prepare :)
Finally It would be good to know when rides are closed on the ticket purchasing page. Was very disappointed the viking indoor water ride doesn't open in March :(

As a local I love coming to BPB in March! We all found the site looking smarter, upgraded, cleaner, better kept with lovely touches as flower baskets on railings ;o) The rides were fantastic as always, best ones in Europe in my view. Last but not least the staff were super friendly & helpful. We have been for years but I’d say this year was our best yet! Thank you BPB!

We had an amazing trip, the best part of it is seeing the excitement and smiles on the kids faces. When we arrives the queues were huge to get in, but it actually took less than 5 minutes to get through as it was really well staffed and organised. We ate at an all you can eat buffet pizza place where the staff were really friendly and helpful. We loved our day here. The only 2 negatives I would mention is having to keep getting your phone out to scan on the rides, surely once you're scanned in you shouldn't need to do it each ride and secondly there should be designated smoking areas around the Park as we were stood in quite a few queues or sat on a bench and people kept smoking around us all and it was disgusting.

i've just got set up on trip advisor so wanted to give here a review! we're local to blackpool and this is by far a fabulous amusement near us. we absolutely love it and it's keeping us nearby as a great place to take the grandchildren. Thank you.

Always have a great time at blackpool, plenty of rides for kids and adults.
Only down sides were the length of time that the place was open, 11am-5pm seems like a good amount of time but by the time you are in as there is a massive que theough security and when you are queing for the big rides, this time soon flys by!
An earlier start/later finish would be ideal.
Also Valhalla wasnt open yet which was a shame but I was aware if this from the website.
Overall, love blackpool pleasure beach and will definitely come back 😀

Cashless doesn't work if your system goes down my daughter couldn't get anything to eat or drink as she couldn't get a pay card that you sell disgusting it really is if your system goes down you need to do something like take cash instead of my 13 year old been left to starve and not have a drink for 8 hours your not even allowed to leave the park and get back in its despicable

The pleasure beach is a pleasure to visit. Been going since a kid. More than reasonably priced and great selection of rides. Time and fun spent in here was worth every penny. Nice to know an attraction can keep prices reasonable for families etc to enjoy.

Brilliant Day out, excellent value for money, definitely need all day to fit all the rides in. Only thing was no cash is accepted anywhere on the park, was a bit difficult as we didn't know before hand. We still had an a mazing day, absolutely loved the new ride, ICON

Very expensive now it has outpaced people going in not as good as it used to be people will stop going especially with money being tight

Depends you starting and end point. Locally, with 50 miles yes. Having said that, sadly, Blackpool is not what it used to be and I’d find something else to do. Apart from the tower and it’s attractions there is little to see or do. The town is mostly boarded up - it does have food and drink to purchase and cheap novelty shops. Also, it’s dirty and a home to stag and hen parties so lots of drunk people. We lasted just 3 hours and we won’t be back. No longer a family location.

Do all your staff go through a rigorous police record check, I witness several male staff members poking very young girls with grab sticks in the most inappropriate way, all the while flirting with these painfully obvious youngsters

Pepsi max Is all ready included in the ticket price ,but its very popular and with long queues
All rides are free to ride once you get into the park
Jts advertised to purchase the vip ticket as well so you can jump the queues and ride more rides in less time
