We hired Blackberry Cars to take us from Heathrow Airport to Southampton and to pick us after a cruise and bring us back to Heathrow. The Black berry company was wonderful to work with and made sure we were comfortable with the arrangements. The service was excellent! We cannot say enough about the drivers and their cars. We upgraded to saloon cars and it was well with it. On the way back from the cruise we arranged for some sightseeing. We went to see the town of Salisbury and the Cathedral there and Stonehenge. A perfect way to end our cruise and see some of the English countryside. Blackberry Cars provided the service we needed to start and end our trip perfectly!

I have used Blackberry cars many times so when I visited London recently I had no hesitation in booking them for two rides before I arrived. My friend was meeting me in LHR as we were flying in from two different places and when we were ready to go, the car wasn't there. I called and was told the driver was on the way. Not a good sign since we were a bit late with her flights late arrival. We waited about 30 minutes after my call and when the driver arrived, he was not dressed professionally, his car, an old Toyota Prius, clearly was his personal car and it was filthy and smelled. He complained about how many bags we had and stuffed them in. The ride from the airport to the hotel was very, very uncomfortable as the car didnt drive well and jerked us around. All rides I have ever had with a car service, Uber, Grab or Lyft have all been FAR superior to this experience. I was not only disappointed but highly concerned about the ride we had reserved with Blackberry for 3 days later from London to the Dover port. I reached out to Blackberry to ask for assurance that the next vehicle would be on time and that it was a suitable ride for the price we paid. The day of the next ride arrived and I hadnt heard back. Another disappointment. No apology until AFTER we got our ride to Dover. A bit late then. They did credit me $20 for the $95 ride from LHR to Central London so given that negative experience, I feel we still overpaid. I will not ever use them again for an airport pickup. It seems they do better on longer journeys, like from Central London to a cruise port. They did show up at our hotel on time, with a courteous and professional driver who had a clean and appropriate vehicle from London to Dover.

Very good. Driver was on time. Very professional. The only problem was that i didn't get any response after I made a request on the website. So, I had to call and, afterwards, everything was smooth.

Excellent service. I used both to and from LHR. Very good drivers and cars. Punctual as well. Would recommend. In my case, the online payment had some issue and they accomodated last min cash

This is our second time using Blackberry Cars. Had an excellent experience. Great communication pre-travel. Driver was on time and waiting for us. Clean, nice car. He was friendly and answered our many questions. I felt safe and secure during the drive. Would use again!

Journey to HRW T5 was a breeze ..! Return journey - not so much - although the driver couldn’t be faulted (personable, chatty). M25 shut off in parts (we were really late). All in all, a reasonable experience (except the prices have almost doubled). Will certainly use them again.

We were very pleased with our airport pickup with Blackberry cars. We got through customs earlier than expected and your driver was flexible enough to get us early. He also found a way to drop us at the door of our hotel despite the London marathon closures.

We used Blackberry from LGW to Kings Cross in London. However, we arrived on 12/25 @ 23:00 and we really didn’t want to have any issues. It was £138.00. The ride was about an hour and fifteen minutes w no traffic. On the way back to LGW we took the train from Kings Cross. Price was very reasonable and it took about an hour. The train made several stops along the way and one or two delays but it was very easy. Hope this helps.

They have free quotes on their website and it will give you an estimate on the price! Blackberry Cars is fantastic! I would recommend booking at least a month in advance, that way you can get the best prices! If I were you, I would go ahead and get a quote just to see what you are working with.

Depends on time and day of travel. if you are booking a cab, why not ask an airport service specialist such as Blackberry Cars how long you should allow?

My question is about Blackberry Cars and deplane/immigration timing at Heathrow in London.
I will be travelling with a teen and a couple of suitcases, but do not want to deal with luggage and the tube right off the bat. I'm also reading that regular taxis and London traffic do not mix...and I don't want the extra expense.
If I do the car hire with Blackberry and we get delayed at some point during the airport processing process...does the service wait...or at least confirm with the passenger what the status is before leaving? Is there an additional fee for the driver to return?

We will be travelling with 3x 23kg suitcases will they fit in a standard Blackberry estate Car and do we need to provide a car seat for a 5 year old child?
Hello there, yes 3 x 23kg suitcases will fit into one of our Estate cars. We aren't able to supply car seats, and passengers are not legally required to use one, however you are most welcome to bring your own if you would like to do so.
