My friend booked a deep tissue spa as a birthday surprise. I’m a regular at getting these massages so was really looking forward to trying somewhere new. After reading the reviews I was looking forward to it although my experience was pretty much average. I had to ask the therapist (Sunny) to apply more pressure as for the first 10 minutes it felt like a Swedish massage as opposed to a deep tissue. They charge £55 for a massage and I’ve had much better elsewhere. When I asked the therapist to apply more pressure, she did but completely missed the knots and just used elbows anywhere she felt like - bit surprising as after reading the Google reviews I thought this place would be experts.
Although I do feel relaxed, this didn’t feel like a professional massage and I won’t be going again.

This was the first time I have been to Hot Stone Spa. I was greeted in a warm and professional manner on the desk. I had a 30 minute foot massage and it was absolutely amazing!!! Effie was brilliant! The place was very clean. There was lovely relaxing music and a warm, inviting, comfortable ambience. I will definitely return again.

My friend and I decided to treat ourselves and we saw that at Hot Stone Spa there here very good reviews. Honestly, I must say that the massage that we booked was very well done. Kata, was very professional and attentive ! We will go and do more, for sure.

This place is amazing. Lovely staff and amazing Hot stone massage. So relaxing. Totally perfect to unwind in this busy city. Staff very friendly and very attentive. Made sure I was comfortable with heat of Hot Stones and pressure of massage. Also very good at explaining what process would include and what to expect after. The place itself is lovely and clean with nice relaxing ambience in treatment room. No pressure to leave after and told to lie and relax until I felt ready to get up and go. Very impressed and will be going again...a really good find!
