I couldn’t believe you can be ripped off in central London like this. I signed up my son for tennis camp with CourtFit and paid in advance for a week. The main reason I chose them was that their camp was two minutes walk from my house. The evening before the camp they texted me that they have changed the venue to some other location! They didn’t even ask if I’m interested in the new location or not. I told them I don’t want the other camp, I paid for this camp. Their answer was sorry it’s too late you already paid for the camp and no refund, t&cs! After dozens of correspondence they offered me credit to be used in six months! Basically means during winter and school time! In reality I lost my money and they lost two regular costumers. Unbelievable management 😡
