Kids had an amazing time. The cashless system is great.
Only downside is The manageress is very moody.
Felt an air of being unwelcome and as though we had been stereotyped as a rowdy family. My young son has autism which is fairly obvious as he wears large ear defenders.
Have been here before and younger staff members all great. This staff member seemed to deliberately keep us waiting when we queued for top ups and was very cold.
Will still visit again but no matter how long the queue for other staff members will wait and not deal with this cold staff member.
