Family fun

First time used a Rollator to support my walking . Disability assistance was amazing . I had lifts with support and all staff helpful . Thank you. believe only one chair or frame per group . Can pre book .
The whole thing was very good, though noted boat ride not working that day . A few times waited for something more to happen , ie fire of London . So gave 4stars
But would highly recommend as a good adventure . Children 11 & 10 enjoyed . Not advise to much younger . As per Guide .
Great actors .

Der Besuch im Dungeon hat wirklich Spaß gemacht! So kann man Geschichte mal anders erleben - selbst wenn man nicht fließend englisch spricht. Durch die Schauspieler erwachen die dunkleren Epochen humorvoll und realistisch zum Leben. Es ist ein toller Erlebnis, vor allem wenn man kein Fan vom typischen Besichtigungen ist oder die typischen Touri-Hotspots schon abgehakt hat.

Great fun!
Great afternoon out and lots to see! Would definitely recommend to other families, not too scary for youngsters and covered lots of different eras in crime and punishment. Fun day out!

Ok, probably wouldn’t do it again though
On the whole, experience was ok, not quite as scary as I remember from a few years ago. I booked up to go with my 12 year old son during May half term. When I booked the tickets it was noted on the website that the tyrant boat ride would be closed between 24th April - 15th May, no problem I was booking for the 31st so it should be open right? Wrong, the tyrant boat ride is still closed as of today, no explanation or apology given and no offers of a partial refund either. My son really enjoyed it and the actors do a good job but I feel a bit cheated and yes, the website still states the 24th April-15th May!

Disappointing

Very disappointed, used to go when it was based at London Bridge and it was fantastic this version is so not worth the money, far too overpriced and no way near as enjoyable. Photos that they take of you at the beginning were again overpriced and terrible quality. I had been so excited to share this experience with my 8 year old son but it just fell flat, the staff and actors were good but will not be returning.

Excellent back story, great costumes and environment. Staff were amazingly scary - the ones who didn’t need to be delivered great service. Some fun and screams in it. Don’t go if easily offended but it was a blast!

Not Scary at all

This use to be brilliant back in the day and really scary. I loved it so thought I'd go again. What a disappointment. Now it's not scary at all. You move from room to room in a group listen to them talking and trying to act scary and then you're ushed out into the next room as another group is coming in.Couldnt wait to get out of there. So boring. Bring back the old dungeons which was terrifying.

Great for something to do with the family
Been a good visit with the family , glad to see that each dungeons are slightly different as visited Blackpool one few weeks ago. Enjoyed the boat ride , did not think much of the drop tower at this one . Was in the attraction for 1 hour and 40 mins so works out good value for money .
