Wonderful street art tour.

We were on vacation in London with some friends and considered our street art tour with Dave one of the highlights. He is so versed and enthusiastic it was contagious! It also made me view the entire city through a new lens with street art as part of it. We plan to recommend this tour to anyone who visits London.

I was part of a private group for this tour. It was a wonderful experience! Dave was incredibly knowledgable and answered any questions we had thoroughly. I loved all his "insider" information! I really enjoyed this tour and would be happy to go again with my family.

A wonderful insight into the world of Street Srt

Dave’s knowledge and story telling of both London and international street artists was wonderful and delivered at a pace that meant my family learnt a great deal about the history and culture of such an impressive art arena that so often we just walk past without realising. A thoroughly enjoyable 3 hours.

Excellent guide, excellent tour, excellent information

This tour greatly exceeded my expectations and would be of interest whether one wants to take photos or not. Dave’s knowledge of all matters Street Art covered techniques, history, motivation and was often based on personal acquaintance with the artists. He gave a fascinating insight into what lies beneath the surface (and in some cases, literally behind) the varied art that he showed us. To cap it all he followed up with a huge email full of links to further information about many of the artists whose work we had seen – a veritable Wikipedia of Shoreditch Street Art! In summary, fascinating and great value for money.

I am an artist and always interested in the genesis of art in all its forms. Our guide was an insider when it came to the history behind the street art in Shoreditch and where to see a range of different artists from pste ups to murals. I highly recommend taking this informative tour.

Opened my eyes to a part of London I thought I knew. Amazing knowledgeable, interesting guide.
3 hours flew by as our guide revealed the motivation and stories behind some incredible street art.
A wealth of info was included in a follow up email link.

Excellent Tour of some of the best Street Artists working today.

An excellent dive into one of my favourite kinds of art. Dave was a great host, friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. The art itself was ranging from the absurd to the genius. This experience gave us the will to go and explore more areas of Shoreditch to find more street art. There is so much street art around the local area that Dave can’t possibly fit it all in within the two to three hours of the tour, so I recommend doing the same and exploring for yourself after you get the context and introduction from this excellent tour. You will be taking photos!

Amazing session with John of Bricklane art scene

We did the tour with John and it was exciting to get so much background information. John explained many connections between artists, politics and the specific kind of street art and so a comprehensive picture of street art emerged which is never possible when walking and looking at it alone.

Must do in London!

A must do in London. We have been here for a month and it was my highlight. John was fantastic. He was very easy to listen to. Held your attention. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the art and the artists. He is a local street artist and we got to see some of his art. Just loved it. In fact we went back to Shoreditch the next day to do some more wandering around the area. Something different and definitely worth doing.
