Bellissimo negozio, sia fuori che dentro, merita una visita.

I really enjoyed visiting this unique store. I spent about 45 minutes just walking around and taking in the history and the atmosphere. Be warned that the store carries mainly high end products that many people can’t afford. But it was still enjoyable to experience the beautiful store.

Returned a purchase on the 6/02 after 6 failed dpd deliveries. Still haven’t got a refund though. Telephone customer service has been terrible, claiming ‘none of the staff’ I previously talked to were available. No call backs, no communication. Since it’s been over 30 days now, Liberty is in breach of my consumer rights.

Outre le fait que les articles très haut de gamme ne soient pas les plus beaux, la déco et la présentation sont tristes. Dommage le bâtiment est superbe.

très jolie bâtisse aussi bien d'extérieur que d'intérieur. A visiter absolument l'entrée est libre. On y vend des sacs, foulard, cravates, de très bonnes qualités mais très chères.

To say this was the worst customer experience I've ever seen is actually an understatement but there are no other words. Almost every member of staff on the jewelry counters looked like they were sucking lemons, did not greet us when we were actively looking and commenting on jewelry we liked. Not one member of staff spoke to us despite us quite clearly being there to be served. We thought after this we would try to look through womenswear however the reception there was just as frosty. On entering we immediately could hear a member of staff talking down to a customer who wanted to buy what looked like an entire rack of clothes and pretty much shamed the customer for not knowing she wasn't able to purchase it yet as they don't serve until 12. This left the customer looking embarrassed who was about to buy literally thousands of pounds of clothing. The entire atmosphere was horrible and felt as if these staff members thought they were a cut above everyone else. I have never felt more like Vivienne in Pretty Woman in my life having sales people actually look us up and down. Better customer service in Primark. Not sure if the staff have actually been told it's demure or classy not to smile or engage with customers but it really was horrific and training needs to be done. Real shame as we were looking forward to visiting Liberty for the first time as we aren't from London and my elderly grandmother was particularly disappointed by this. - sour taste left.

I did want to like this store but it’s dark and too musty to appreciate the Englishness of it. It’s also more of the wracks of expensive labels and it has a snobbish feel. I guess I thought of the fabrics on the upper floor only and not that it’s actually a department store.

Yes there is a restaurant - its on the same floor as ladies wear and they serve everything from coffee, afternoon tea to full lunch with wine. Very nice too.
