Loved this bookstore, very unique atmosphere, lovely wooden paneling, large space on two levels.
Lots of books you would expect: coffee table books on architecture, London, art books, but also surprisingly rich collections in different European languages, excellent Russian language books and books on Russian history for example. Same true for Austria and Germany section.
The staff is very helpful, the area is cool, cozy and upscale all at once.
Really a focal point in Marylebone.

Loved visiting this old bookstore in the heart of Marleybone. Nice selection and sweet area. If you are here, make sure to visit the Wallace Museum nearby!

One of the best bookshop in the world

First of all, I must say that Daunt Books is like a museum with the charm of an historic place. Then the choice on travel books is extremely wide and the staff is very helpful. When you visit this place, you realize how pleasant it is to go shopping outside the web.

Friendly service and wide variety of books in one of London’s oldest book shops

I loved the interior of this bookshop and how they have kept the classical elements of the bookshop while they have a current and wide variety of books on sale. The shop assistants were helpful and polite and the design of the shop was just lovely to explore. I definitely recommend visiting if you are a book lover and on the hunt for more book haunts to discover!

If you love books, and bookstores as I do, Daunt books is an a-plus experience! I love how the store had “local history’ and such, on display right as you walk-in.

Refuge in the heart of London

This beautiful bookshop, tucked into the Marylebone neighborhood, is a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle. You can get lost in three floors of a wide variety of books. I was pleasantly surprised to see several titles in my own collection. Though many of the titles are available back home, there are books unique to London. I purchased the 25th anniversary edition of HP and the "Philosopher's" Stone, and a board book "Busy London". So fun!!
