We did the bank heist! Brilliant fun, support when needed. Clues hard but not beyond our capability. Best escape room I’ve been in!

Our first experience of visiting an escape room. We did the Bank Heist, it was really good fun, and the hour went by far too quickly. We were greeted on our arrival and was explained in detail of the procedure of the heist and what we had to look for in the way of clues without giving anything away. We all had a great time and would recommend.

A big shout out to Phoebe who was our Game master on 24/03/2023! She was amazing and very accommodating as we had some players unfortunately arrive late (due to being locked out of their home lol so it set there journey of late). The escape room was so fun and we are really looking forward to booking the next one.
I would definitely recommend using clued up escape rooms! I did call before booking to ask some questions and spoke with a lovely man who's name unfortunately I didn’t get but he answered everything perfectly and I couldn’t ask for more.
Easy to get to from the train station it’s only a five minute walk and you literally just go straight so it’s perfect to get to even if you aren’t local to Norwich.

Bank vault omg brilliant experience watch time fly by as you solve puzzles to get further in the robbery. Got away with a million plus. Best way to spend time.

Wow! First time doing an escape room and it certainly did not disappoint. Our Games Master Kirsten was brilliant, really friendly and professional.

I loved this place! The first escape room for 3 of us i went in thinking oh no but very quickly we were engrossed. Roxy was our games master she was professional friendly and thorough she made it easy to understand and as if you could ask anything with a good sense of humour. It was fun exciting challenging the clues seemed hard but were also solvable (mostly) it exceeded my expectations and I hope to go back again. It was well worth the money.

This is the first time we had done an escape room but Roxy (the host) explained if all so well to us, the room was clean and organised and she created an experience that makes us want to come back for more! Really fun and we all thoroughly enjoyed it.
