Me and my children were subject to some very horrific abuse as my two kids were called little gremlins and vastards by a middle aged man after they asked him to sit down I shall be getting my Lawers involved

I thought I would add this review to Tripadvisor to help inform people, as I could not see any similar.
I managed to see by beloved Forest against Wolves last weekend as part of our 25th wedding anniversary celebrations. Like many people, I have supported Forest for decades but can't get to a few games mainly because the ground isn't big enough to cope with demand and the club naturally prioritises season ticket holders and members. So I took the plunge and bought my wife and I hospitality in the Trent End costing £282 each. Playing Wolves was considered a Category B fixture so the prices actually increase for some visiting teams.
Start with the positives -
My understanding is that all the hospitality areas at Forest have been refurbished in the close season. My wife and I both felt the lounge looked really polished and had a 'new' feel about it. Nice big TVs to watch the lunchtime game, although one was not working. Staff were friendly and polite.
The seats to watch the game were cushioned and comfortable and visibility was good, close to the pitch but sheltered from any potential weather. We felt part of a good atmosphere.
The negatives -
Bearing in mind the cost, I need to point out that this did not include free drinks, aside from a welcome drink on arrival. It did allow us free food, courtesy of a rolling buffet. We expected the food to reflect the price and be of a high standard. But the offering was samosas, fries, beef strips, salad and a rice dish with prawns. I may have missed one or two but you get the drift. We were both shocked at the quality of the spread. Additionally, we observed that many dishes were not replenished quickly.
It was palpably obvious that some bar staff were not trained adequately, both in terms of using the till but also knowing how to serve a range of drinks/spirits. We don't blame the staff themselves. It is a management issue. It was fortunate that there were not huge queues at the bars, I suspect partly because the hospitality was far from sold out.
At our closest bar of two in the lounge, the draft beer failed - requiring us to venture to the far bar to get beers. At that bar, there was no tap water available. This was poor and suggested the whole area had been rushed in to service to make money and was still ironing out some glitches. When you pay these sorts of prices, everything should work properly.
I wish I could be more positive about the club I've supported since I was knee-high to a grasshopper. But that would be a biased review. I get that the club are on an upward trajectory and that it is right and proper for me to pay a premium to watch the game as a fan who does not attend each week. However, we felt that the overall cost was extortionate to the point of being obscene.
We still enjoyed the game and our Nottingham return, after many years.

Father's Day Surprise for my Dad and my Uncle David who have been Forest fans since the 1960s and myself since Dad took me to the games back in 90s.
The stadium tour and museum was great and what made it even more special for us was we had Nigel Jemson tour are Group around.
It was great hearing his stories from the Cloughy days and what it was like playing with some of the characters back then. Great that he is still firmly in touch with the club wanting to still give plenty back to the Fans.
The Busby Babes Ball is great spectacle as signed by both Forest and Manchester United Teams after their match shortly before the Munich Air Disaster costing valued at 2 million.

I attended the stadium and museum tour at the City Ground and can't recommend it enough! You get to visit most backroom areas, the dugout and the new museum. Nigel Jemson was an excellent host engaging and able to share personal experiences with us. Thank you for a great time.

Firstly, it is £25 for a 90-minute tour including the museum. Secondly, in review I was disappointed with the experience. It is neither a full stadium tour or a museum.
If you are a Forest fan who has never been on a tour of the City Ground (this is my 3rd in 30 years) then hopefully you should enjoy the experience. However, if you are a hardcore seasoned stadium tour visitor who has had guided tours of various stadiums, then unfortunately this will probably rank in the relegation zone of stadiums tours.
In defence, you get to view the press areas, changing rooms, board room, dugout, managers office, Main Stand and pitch side. Let-down is you don't get to see any of the Lounges, Suites and corporate areas or go inside the Executive Boxes. All the Brain Clough stand was omitted when I visited. The Robin Hood suite or any of the Bridgford stand was also left out of the Tour.
Lastly, the Museum is only in one room in The Trent end and the display is along the back wall with a few artefacts in the middle of the room. It takes no-longer than 30-mitues to view.

I started following Forest in 1959, and this was as exciting a visit yesterday as a visit to the real Santa’s grotto would have been in 1959.
The tour started in the excellent Megastore in Pavilion Road, and was given by Nigel Jemson, who was a really excellent player in his day. He had a nice self deprecating manner and was a great host.
The tour includes both dressing rooms, the away one being very spartan indeed. A side of the freshly seeded pitch and a fist to the media centre, manager’s office, referee’s room, boardroom and director’s box completed the tour before moving to the museum.
This is superb, with many items from former players and the Clough family and replicas of the various trophies from previous years. A well designed and interesting room.
The whole tour took 90 minutes and was great value and unmissable. Anyone who is a Forest fan should definitely take this tour, and it was great to see such a mixture of fans with ‘kids’ of all ages present.

My favorite team's president bought that team, and we visited the stadium and the store to experience the feeling. It's original classic English Football!

NFFC Museum tour is 90 mins long and well worth the entrance fee, the time passes very quickly as you are guided around (Simon was our guide and he is very knowledgeable and great in his role) . You get to see the home and away changing rooms which are very different to each other, as they should be. You can sit in the owners seat and see the latest tv and how close it is. The Museum part itself is well laid out and has plenty of memorabilia on show. U Reds!

Went to the stadium to see Take That. Never been to city ground before and I don't think I will again. First thing is anyone who is big like myself will not fit through the turnstile, thankfully the lady at my turnstile was so lovely and helpful, she let me through the side door. We were sat trent side near the top and there is no support or hand rail to help you get up and down those steep steps. The seats are ridiculous. We were all pretty much sitting on top of one another as they are narrow and close together, there is also no leg room at all and I was in a lot of pain because of this.
I personally cannot fault the organisation and the staff though they were brilliant. Which is why I've given it 3 stars.
This area could do with its own tram stop too.

Sending my dad to watch forest play against reading, what seats do I buy? Need 2 decent seats that aren't with the reading supporters..
เขียนเมื่อ 10 พฤศจิกายน 2015
I know the match was called off at the last minute but if your dad ever wants to come again let me know. The seats go on sale about a month before the match. It all depends weather you want sit along side the pitch or behind the goal. I sit behind the goal at the Bridgford end and have done since the stand opened in 1994. I could even buy tickets for you.
