Horrible service ask why tram delayed manager that night was rude on22nd at 1140 pm and no help would not use this service

I was on the platform buying my ticket when the tram arrived but as I am disabled I was not able to board before the doors were quickly shut. I was the only passenger on the platform.
When I later complained to NET I was told that the manager had reviewed the platform camera records and had advised that I was not on the platform!
This childish response rather than admit a driver error rather makes their complaints system a pointless service.

Car park is not clamping people. I used the train and tram and the car was left over night. Yes this breaks their rules but I didn't know it at the the time and no one constantly keeps re-reading terms and conditions. They also don't state this on the clamping sign in red they state it on the green posters. I made a mistake, I don't mind getting something like a £30 fine and them notifying me and I'd pay and then telling me if I do it again then I get clamped I can understand that. Nope I just got clamped by a private company which doesn't accept secure online payments, wants £140 and was told my car would be unclamped in 20minutes turned out to be nearly an hour of my time sat in cold car park. To top it all off you have to pay but you cannot pay securely online, which means it's insecure and is all over the phone payment? Never use these people, they could change the terms and conditions at any moment, and BANG THERE'S A CLAMP, not even a reasonable process from these absolute cowboys. Don't forget the company running this shake down also shakes down the tax payer for the crap trams they always break down and never seem to work in winter. What a way to show people you actually care about people you bunch of cowboys. I'll travel different from now on!

Do not use the tram, the buses to & around Nottingham are cheaper and more comfortable. The company NETGO is despicable and way overcharges on its fare. Not only that, but the customer relations team are unprofessional and rude. I was a paying customer with a long history of paying for the tram and forgot to pay once exhausted after a long day at work, I got fined £70 but was told to appeal. I regret the wasted time/effort because all three appeals were rejected and support was rude and untimely.

This is a public service owned by a private company that will fine you extortionate amounts of money for a commonly made mistake, almost as if it was designed that way. I boarded the tram in the late evening, it was dark and the ticket booth at the stop wasnt even lit up so I didn't see it at all. I boarded the tram without a ticket and after a few stops the inspectors took me off the tram (when I had a coach to catch) and left me out there with a 70 pound fine. I had to get an uber just to catch my coach on time.
You would think that in the age of contactless, the inspectors would be able to give you a ticket for your ride if you mistakenly board the tram without a ticket. No, the inspectors are really there to give you a fat fine so their higher ups can buy a new villa in tenerife while you scrape by on pennies. Isn't capitalism wonderful?
Terrible experience, terrible system, terrible company.

Appalling company. Running dangerous trams that frequently have to be removed from service (what they politely call a failed tram). The inspector staff are vile, numerous times I've seen them gang up on young girls. There is nothing positive I can say about the service they run. Daily occurrence of failed trams, loss of electric or late services. Ignorant and obnoxious drivers with no social skills. I was recently stuck on a tram for 40 minutes. With just an apology. Wouldn't let me raise a complaint and wouldn't even compensate me for my trouble. And with the strikes that are happening the future doesn't look good. Sack the lot of them and get some decent staff!

I enjoyed travelling on these trams to a northern terminus and return.
The trams arrived promptly, and while busy on the way back, I found a seat.
It was easy to purchase a ticket at a stop near the railway station.

I thought I was going to pass out from the heat, and considered getting off several stops before my destination as there are no windows, and the trams get ridiculously hot when it is a sunny day. There is no air conditioning. Next time I travel in the heat I will remember to take a drink. Unfortunately someone could die from heat exhaustion on these trams on a hot day. I saw people falling asleep due to the heat.

I do not recommend parking at Nottingham Forest Park and Ride!
I parked the car, but I didn't buy a tramp ticket immediately, but later after taking care of my business in the area.
After returning from the city center to the car, I found a clamp on the wheel. I paid a heavy fine of £140 for release the clamp.
Additionally, there were still glue residues on the side window of the car all day long from the yellow information leaflet on how to pay. The side window is dirty and smeared with glue, reducing visibility and putting all passengers at risk, especially on a rainy day when visibility is already limited.
It's a shame that Net Tram charges people £140 for a released clamp and they can't provide right equipment or tools for their employees to safety remove leaflets and glue from the car glass.
An employee of NeteTram removed the clamp from the wheel and scratched the leaflet with his hands and scratched the glass with his nails!
I won't park there again!!!

Fined for setting foot onboard and asking the conductor if I could pay there. Unreasonable customer service.
Was visiting Nottingham for a one-off trip for work and needed to get to the office quickly. Being from Birmingham where you are able to pay via the conductor once boarded and bear in mind there is no large, noticeable signage to advise against this, I quickly got on and spoke directly with the conductor and asked to pay. He advised me that i had to pay prior to boarding but at this point the tram had set off so I COULDN'T GET OFF. Long story short, I got fined £70 for having to WAIT A STOP to get off as NET REJECTED my explanation as to what passed saying I should have informed myself prior and should have seen the smaller text signage while in a rush. Absolutely ridiculous.
Should also mention that if you do go through the appeals process they've made it difficult to even find where to access the forms and then again to submit the request. Trying to block you at every turn.

I FOUND THIS ANSWER ON GOOGLE
Yes as long as it was issued in Nottingham or Nottinghamshire. Only Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council issued passes are valid for free travel on trams. Pass holders from other council areas need to purchase a concession return tram ticket from the tram stop ticket machines.
