TY Cycles were fantastic. We hired 11 e-bikes from them for an afternoon, they dropped them off at our Airbnb, along with helmets and bike locks, and picked them up again at the end of the day. They were really helpful, communicative and flexible throughout, and even advised on resources to plan our route (e.g. Komoot). Thank you!

I corresponded with TY Cycles even before I arrived in the Cotswolds because I wanted to experience their charm away from automobile traffic. After I told them my age, physique, and riding experience TY Cycles suggested a good ebike. They spent a half hour explaining the bike and accessories before letting me have the bike. They also picked up the bike from my hotel in Stow for a small fee. All in all, it was a great experience - TY Cycles has a fine selection at reasonable prices and helpful staff. This allowed me to have a memorable biking experience in the Cotswolds.

A gem of a shop and local resource. I try as much as possible to maintain my own bike, but on hitting two issues a week apart I couldn’t tackle, the folks at Ty fixed both quickly. They handed back the bike last time with the promise it would be quiet as a mouse, and they have been as good as their word. Great place, nice people.

We had two spectacular days of cycling along quiet Cotswold country roads from one charming town to the next. The e-bike was a huge help in managing the many hills we encountered. I can't say enough good things about Tom Yeatman at TY cycles. He delivered the bikes to our hotel exactly when promised and the bikes were in superb condition. He gave us some great tips on routes to try and even provided maps and map holders for the bikes. It is the perfect way to enjoy this beautiful area and TY cycles deserve all the high praise they receive in these reviews.

Great service and top quality kit. We hired 7 bikes - 5 of them e-bikes as well as child seats, panniers and helmets - all were delivered to our airbnb bang on time in tip-top condition and with the batteries fully charged. A day extension was no problem.

I rarely post reviews but felt compelled to do so after such excellent service from the guys at TY Cycles. At a time when many businesses have forgotten what good service is all about and hide behind the ‘pandemic’, TY Cycles were fantastic. The booking process was easy. The bikes were exactly as described, clean and well maintained. They were delivered on time to the right place. They were supplied with all the right accessories, including helmets, panniers, maps, locks, tools, spare tubes and pumps and it was all carried out by very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable staff who actually wanted us to have a good day’s cycling. 10 out of 10!

Rented e-bikes for several days to enjoy the Cotswolds. Received excellent service from TY Cycles and highly recommend them. Tom delivered and picked up our bikes exactly as planned, the bikes were in excellent condition, and they were kind enough to help us a bit with route planning with some excellent maps. The area is a dream to ride in and we really enjoyed our time here. Thank you again for the exceptional service!

We hired electric bikes for a day out in the Cotswolds. The friendly and efficient service was second to none. The bikes were delivered on time by Tom, and he explained clearly how to use them. This was a "first" for us - but there was no cause to worry because everything was provided - helmets, panniers, bike locks, maps. We managed 26 miles (no fear of running out of battery!). Would highly recommend this great company.

We hired bikes and did the Kingham loop. Neither of us are expert cyclists but we really enjoyed it (think we did about 30km in total.) We were so impressed with the bikes - they were in great condition and came with panniers and bike locks. They talked us through the gears and what to do if we get stuck. Would highly recommend getting bikes for a jaunt around the beautiful Cotswolds and would definitely suggest you go here for them :)

Big thank you to Tom at TY Cycles. Delivery & collection spot on time (to Broadway). The bikes were brilliant, robust, in immaculate order as new, and the appropriate sizes for our riders. The battery charge lasted beyond our usage despite us using turbo to get back to our accommodation in the torrential rain.
Would certainly recommend e-bikes as a way to tour the rolling hills of the Cotswolds, and having panniers, maps and helmets etc provided made packing for a short break so much simpler.
To top it off, Tom and Jim were pleasant, patient & helpful during both booking and handovers. Thanks guys
