We booked JTs for a cocktail class as part of a girls weekend away. The team were friendly and knowledgable and made sure everyone had a great time. The class was really good value and a great laugh!

Difficult to write a review when we didn’t get to go in, booked through chillisauce as part of a hen package for cocktail master class I have done this before on a previous hen and had an amazing time. We all arrived at 4.50 for our 5 o’clock booking, doors were locked and no signs of life, 10 past 5 and still no signs of life 9 of the 11 went to the next door pub as we were blocking the street. Chillisauce we’re contacted and someone did turn up, the carpet leading down into the bar was so dirty, the dance floor had bollards and an obvious delivery of supplies just left , there was no way they were prepared for us, the floor was sticky and the toilets were so bad that my friend was physically heaving. We were now over half an hour late and it was decided not to do this activity, my friend was actually asked to leave. We had had such a fab day up till this and were all really disappointed at not being able to do this activity. Also if a company is selling and sending clients here they should be regularly inspected.

My Daughter booked us a Cocktail Masterclass as a gift so we were unsure what to expect. We went downstairs and were greater by a very nice young man and what turned out to be his manager. We chose our cocktails and had a great, fun time making them, he made the experience very enjoyable and the Manager was pleasant and made us feel at ease. We would certainly return again.

I booked cocktail making for 4 of us ( all girls). I have done this before and its been such a brilliant experience,, however this did not live up to it. Yes, you make a cocktail but that is it.
You go behind the bar, in two's (not even in your group, or the rest watching - they have to sit elsewhere). They hand you the drink and measurer and say "Add 25ml" - you pour in, shake and then its done. You have to take back to your seat to drink. There was no interaction, fun or anything creative.
Staff were fairly rude and it felt like we were an inconvenience, they kept talking in their language, and shouting over us loudly. Lots of coming and going.
The floor squelched everywhere, there was no music on... so yes the cocktails were nice but no atmosphere or fun.

We had booked to do a cocktail masterclass for my friend's hen do. Perhaps our expectations were too high, but we imagined we might sit at the bar have a bar tender to our group who would talk us through different cocktails and have a go at shaking them and tasting them. When we got there it was full of different parties, the manager told us they had overbooked and we were told to take a seat somewhere and choose two cocktails to make. We watched the other groups for a minute and far from any 'cocktail masterclass' it seemed that people were just going up one by one to make their own cocktail with the guidance of a stressed-looking bartender. Not what we had hoped for. Fortunately we had only paid a £15 deposit, so we told the manager we didn't want to stay, she gave us a shot each and we went somewhere else to spend our evening and our cocktail money!

Great music and hosts, but the bar ladies nearly ruined the night!
Very unsociable and rude, no dress code, very impolite... which was a shame, as the place would have made a much better impression if the girls put customers first. 🙅🏼

I bought a voucher from Groupon for a Cocktail Masterclass. After a couple of date changes due to a communication error and then illness it was eventually great..! Hard to get through by phone but email communication was great. Annie the was very accommodating and the staff who looked after us on the night were lovely we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great value and good fun...👌

I live in Oxford and this is my favourite place to take friends.
There's a lively, upbeat atmosphere and the music is great. You're able to enjoy yourself without it being too full like in the nearby clubs. The drinks are reasonably priced and it's always a good night

We had a VIP area reserved here for a hen party last weekend. The area was a decent size which was great as there were around sixteen of us. The package came with two magnums of prosecco, a bottle of apple sours and four jugs of cocktails.
The music was great but the dance floor is not very big. A good atmosphere.
